if you upgrade your pipework to 2" you will free up your pump by approximately 40% and vif you use a varipump OBVIOUSLY you can reduce that correspondingly (its called frictional loss)

IF YOU come down and see me and bring ALL of your information with you ie existing pump wattage, supposedly flow rate????? pipe size, filter size, and pond volume i can save you anywhere between £50 and or up to £2200s a year PROVEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The pond is coming on mate please that it’s fibreglass. Next windows and fill up and a nice cosy heated pond for the koi this winter 🥶👍👍
