I have one question though about applying for an architectural engineering program in this scholarship, there is a section called media files that contains video or audio or something like that I have to upload so do you know anything about that thanks in advance

For Masters, are we to write two motivation letters? because on the application page, motivation letter is being required on two sections, the 'motivation' and 'document' sections, so are we to upload the same motivation letter we write on the space provided on the motivation section on the document section too...or we write a separate standard motivation letter, scan it and upload it on the document section?
After getting results of scholarship in july,when should i apply for dorm in my respective university? So that I could get it as first come first serve basis. Do i will apply or university will approach me for dorm?
You will be send an email by your university about all the necessary things you have to accomplish. Usually this process of applying and getting dormitory is different. So better contact your university and ask them after you are accepted

I am not sure one semester is enough, you have to contact the university and ask the department you are applying to on their requirements

No, it covers tuition fee, insurance cost, visa fee, monthly stipend.
