Very good modification. Can you tell if there is a way to make the second row slant a bit more, like the Ambassador car? I see that the plastic cladding stops the existing seat from going more backwards

Why not sir. Take seats of old gen Ertiga or Tata Manza/ Vista rear seat .
Ertiga's middle row seats you can adjust forward n backward also with Reclining Angle option
