ANAC Carwash: Nijmegen Energieweg Site - Wash Tunnel

ANAC Carwash's flagship location in Nijmegen underwent a significant remodel in 2023. It has a gas station, C-store with a bakery, self serve wash bays, twin 55m long wash tunnels, an interior belt with a polish tunnel, brand new second story vacuum plaza, maintenance shop, and their company headquarters.
During the 2023 renovation, they removed the site's old prewash tunnel, completely replaced the equipment in the main wash tunnels, extended the wash tunnel conveyors, and built a new vacuum plaza and maintenance shop on a second floor above preexisting parts of the facility. Much of the new equipment in the wash tunnels was installed used and refurbished. The wash tunnels now each have 2 Volume Plus manifolds, an ACE Carwash Systems dual counterweight top brush, Holz's brand new 50cm trailing wraps, widened first generation Holz wrap/top brush combo unit, PE250 grill brushes, HO180 and PE118+ side washers, 2 sets of PE196 wheel brushes, and fixed wheel blasters for washing, a widened first generation Holz wrap/top brush combo for polishing, and a 7 producer drying system. Due to concerns about drying material saturation because of the site's high volume, it is the only ANAC location that has no textile drying components. Most components are equipped with Brushcom materials, including Hybrid+ on all 3 top brushes and MicroAct cloth on the wraps, grill brushes, and PE118+ side washers. ANAC Carwash uses 4Carwash chemicals, and their top exterior package includes polish wax, Blob PS Gold protectant, double wheel cleaning, and underbody, with interior cleaning also available (at the time of my visit interior cleaning also included an express wax using a polish tunnel).
While I was onsite, Paul Van Kessel's team was finishing work on both wash tunnels. The left tunnel did not yet have either of the 2 Volume Plus manifolds functioning yet, and the polish wax foamers were also not operational. ANAC was running their conveyor at an impressive 18m/min (180 CPH) during my visit.
