  • Welcome to our channel! In this enlightening video, we're thrilled to have Bethany from pH Dogs join us to discuss a topic that many puppy owners face: missed socialization periods. Meet Fozzie, an adorable Belgian Tervuren born in November 2023, who missed his early socialization opportunities. 🐶
Bethany is not only the founder and co-owner of PhDogs but also a renowned Certified Professional Dog Trainer and canine educational expert. She has earned certifications from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers-where she graduated at the top of her class-and as an AKC Canine Good Citizen Evaluator. Her trailblazing accomplishments include being the first K9 team to complete a thru-hike of the Continental Divide National Scenic Trail and taking her dog from Ring1 to Ring 3 in one year in French Ring Sport. Bethany is a NePoPo Gold Multiplactor and one of the nation's premier dog handlers, trainers, and breeders. She is also the breeder of both Teddy and Fozzie, the latter being the star pup of this video.
In this video, Bethany will expertly guide us through the essentials of puppy socialization. She'll address the common concern about waiting for full vaccinations before socializing puppies, and clarify that many professional trainers, including herself, recommend beginning socialization before completing the full series of vaccinations to ensure a well-rounded development. This approach helps mitigate behavioral issues arising from isolation during these formative months.
Whether you're a new puppy parent or just looking to learn more about dog behavior, this video is packed with valuable advice to ensure your furry friend grows up happy and well-adjusted. Don't forget to like, subscribe, and ring the bell for more expert pet care tips!

Nice bro, keep it up! I was on headphones and noticed you came in my left ear and she came in the right. I’m not sure how to mix it, I don’t have a lot of experience with videos. Hope you’re good brother. Love your videos!

Shouldn't have to work this hard with a dog. Send it back to the breeder

He'll grow out of all that other stuff without any help.

I don't send dogs back. It is a lot of work but, I can help this pup reach their potential.

@@JeffOehlsen I think Fozzie is a great dog already showing significant improvement. I'll be posting a video of him in the next few weeks.

Your use of the word great is a bit misguided, he's obviously not great. He does look like a pup that if you just work him he will be ok
