grandpa had a 3020. i remember driving it when i was 12 back in 1978. lots of machinery for a kid to handle, Mainly mowing around the farm. thanks for the memories. that shifter was a bit complicated. It seemed to like blowing radiator hoses too.
Know a lot of people that worked the living daylight out of a 3020 , repowered it and started all over again. If you own a gas 3020, hope you had stock in the fuel company, she sure could drink gasoline!!!

Can you lubricate with WD-40 that shift area and linkage
Did you know some of the 3020's had a secret 7th gear reverse
It happens because the shifter would be worn down after years and then you can slip it into reverse,this was unintentional from the factory
3010's had extra reverse. space could be removed on 3020 to obtain extra reverse but awfully fast, hard on clutch!
