As much as I love WaW-Bo2 zombies (Bo2 being my personal favorite run) there’s no denying that Bo3 was the peak of zombies. Every new map, the lead up to it’s release and everything, just felt so god damn *amazing* . I don’t like using the word, but the Bo3 run of zombies was hugely epic, in the truest definition of the word. You can tell they still cared about the game mode so much at this time. I don’t want to talk bad about the other Zombies leads, and not everyone enjoyed his map style (his style did have flaws) but man, after Blundell left, I feel like he took a lot of the passion for Zombies with him.
Like the end of Bo2 to the end of Bo3 was peak zombies since we had insanely good original maps and amazing remasters of old maps that were both remasters and added the extra things released in the recent maps with Der Wunderfizz and Gobblegums while still staying true to the original map feeling

And with a lot of personalilty as well for each, even the MOTD crew had so much character and emotion.
