@@poordude21 I think it is a simple as looking at Blundell as a creative. He wants creative freedom and to make his own stories/games. He couldn't do it the way he wanted with Activision. That is why he took some of the talent "the team back there" and made his own studio. I agree it sucks, but lets not forget he was part of BO4 as well and that game was definitely no BO3. Not saying it's his fault, but clearly a fault of the corporate overlords. We have Blackout and Warzone to thank for how CoD has been going these days. The monetization of CoD to its massive fanbase or regular consumers is what the final nail in the coffin was.
You can just tell Jason truly cared about the characters, story, game, etc.

God I miss these days of zombies...I just feel like black ops 4 zombies the devs just feel very distant from the creators, but I also think the “zombie you tubers” aren’t as invested anymore. It just feels like zombies now just goes under the radar
Well the reason why the zombies mode in BO4 (in my opinion) doesn’t feel the same is because the zombies team was split to rush out garbage blackout. The zombies team now only has 20+ devs while back then, it had 40+.
