In the concerned school you mapped, they will Reject the student without uploading Bonafide and it will reappear as pending in your school login for the specific Classes . So, you shall again map the correct school for that student. No issues.

After final submission we can not edit. May be, there will be a chance given later to make corrections at the district level.
