Try editing the details in the Student profile under student list, or else admit the student back to the same class from common pool and edit the student's personal information. Later generate the TC again and move it to the common pool.

You have to reset the TC by contacting your EMIS DC through your BRTE.

Once TC has been issued, we can't make changes. For that, you need to admit the student again and make changes.

Only mark for the classes where the student recently admitted to your school.

Admit the student back to the same class from the Common Pool. 'Edit' the needed details in Students List. Generate the TC Again.

If you have the data of them studied in your school, you shall mark from Standard-06.

No problem. Just issue the TC as 4th Standard Discontinued. The other school can admit the same student in 4th standard.

TC can be generated and issued without online promotion too. It can also be done after promotion too.

After generating the TC for Terminal Classes and sending them to Common pool, you shall promote the students.
