Thank you! I'll be doing a live online workshop on playing mountain dulcimer blues April 8th, 2020 on Crowdcast! www.crowdcast.io/e/learn-to-play-blues-on
Indeed! When you consider that the diddley bow only has one string and helped to develop the blues sound, the mountain dulcimer is well up to the task!
Hey Bing, I've played guitar for about 40 years, but I've learned the dulcimer this year, and fell in love with it. Your dulcimer videos and Steven Seifert's have been such a great learning tool for me. You're a great player! I've always been a fan of the blues, and they sound awesome on the dulcimer. Keep up the great videos!
Nice one Bing! This scale is sweet. The more I try moving it into different areas on my dulcimer the more pleased I am. Pretty versatile stuff you're showing us here.
Bing, I have found these two videos extremely helpful as an addendum to your Blues 101 book. I am watching them over and over and learn something new on each viewing. I hope you will add Blues Pt 3, Pt 4, etc. Thanks so much.
o thats good
thank you!
Still great stuff after 10yrs!

nice to see your back showing things again... thanks!
Sounds like a lot of people didn't think blues could be played on the dulcimer but it looks as if the dulcimer built for blues pretty well
