1:15 lol u just read ur tweet out. Also the shot of Arin and Sora in their old suits looking all scared at 5:54 is definitely the Administration. It's exact same map style in s1 e17. Also considering the fact that they meet the Matriarch in the Land of Madness they also might visit the Administration as well.

I never noticed that there was a silhouette of one of the Forbidden Five trying to escape the portal. That’s a cool detail!
I woke up this morning and screamed when I saw the trailer released, it's been way too long without new Ninjago content.
We did get the shatterspin books and wyldfire series recently though

The “old guy ringing the bell” is Bleckt, from the Tournament Temple City set. This makes me wonder if the Blacksmith will be a character, but given how she has no given name, I doubt she will.
This is arguably the most excited I've been for a Ninjago season in a while.

Just want to say, I'm so glad we FINALLY get new suits for Arin, Sora and Wyldfyre! They look great imo.
I'm really interested to see how they spice up the tournament. With the current animation level, we are definitly about to get some peak fights 🔥

I love how Jiro and Zanth are still in the show and aren't just one time characters. Its so cool how we have like a team of ninja dragons. (Riyu, heatwave, Zanth, and Jiro)

Cole's wearing the Mech Pilot mask too. Either he got the 100$ mech's suit or he went back to the mech pilot suit for some reason

I was just thinking about when Lego will the teaser for part 2
My main issue with this potential part 2 of the season is how they’re making it too similar to the tournament of elements and part of the plot being that if you loose, your powers get stolen in someway shape or form, andd finding out where kai is, reminds me of the subplot of the ninja trying to figure out where is Zane which was the reason they participated in the tournament. What made dragons rising stand out before was its uniqueness within its concept as a whole. Hopefully I’m wrong about my assessment on this upcoming second part to season 2. I want it to stand out as its own without being another season that has the same concept as season 4. That’s just my opinion this. Btw I love your analysis in this vid
Id love to see it be not just a fighting tournament but other things (like chapter 8 of Minecraft story mode season 1).

That would definitely be a good way of separating it from Tournament of Elements. Since this is a public event it seems there be more than just fighting. We see Sora doing an obstacle course and the ninja climbing. So races seems likely too which would explain the set.
I haven’t been this excited for a Ninjago season in a long time. If they somehow top Tournament of Elements (which is my fav season) with this. I might actually consider DR S2 my favorite Ninjago Season. S2 P1 already is 3rd for me, so this could bring it to the top
