Is the BMW iX the EV you've been waiting for? Not being able to open the bonnet is a bit of a bug... no frunk/froot?? Anyway... watch for our review at whichcar.com.au/bmw/ix and tell us below what you think!

Yes it's growing on me - since my wife likes it a lot (go figure) it might become our daily driver. I don't care about the frunk thingie, don't get it sorry. I had a Porsche before with frunk and trunk (Boxter S) and its not any kind of deal breaker / don't care. We have a run about electric smaller SUV with trunk only, don't miss a frunk at all, I guess that's coming mainly from Tesla habits. If the back is big enough and organised all good. It makes sense for me in larger pickup riggs like the F150 lightning, where you use it as space for your business if that makes sense. The iX is best in class - its class at least for now.

Most underrated ev for families ever. 1000km challange is only 10minutes worse compared to big battery 50. The 40 is 180kg less. Best ev ever made for me with tesla like efficiency.

Not really keen on most SUVs, so with that, its not too bad.

Yes, SUVs are often something of a grudge buy for some folks, but it doesn't hurt so bad when the brands put effort into making them a nice package! - Mike Stevens
