The girl who made the phone calls got off light, JJ's judgement was off on this. It was a ridiculous ruling and blaming the plaintiff for leaving her phone, sounds stupid. Sorry. If as a teen I was babysitting and pulled that, oh boy smh well I wouldn't do it. We were raised better than that.
For being a Judge as long as JJ has been, you would think she would understand tattoos a little more. It being so absolutely foreign to JJ as to why a person gets such personal tattoos, to me in itself, is a little strange. Instead she makes the litigants feel stupid. Which is pretty much her standard norm.
