Something people need to understand is that just because Messi and CR7 are arguably the best players still currently playing, that doesn't mean they're the best players of all time. Yes, they're amazing, but when you have such players as Pele, Maradona, Cruyff, Best and Beckenbauer, it's really no surprise that Messi and CR7 are no higher on the list.
