I’m 11 using my mom’s phone and I can’t even flick the ball upward, and soccer is quite literally “in my blood” because I’m Salvadorian and Guatemalan. I can shoot pretty decently though, and I want to be able to dribble because I want to be able to impress people with this skill because in 2024 none of my skills impress anyone, plus I love soccer. I think I can turn it into a career one day.

But for now I would recommend this:
1. Focus on scanning for where the defenders are more.
2. Improve your technical ability.
3. Work on the physical side of the game.
4. Confidence comes from competence so the better you become as a footballer the less tension you will play with.

I'm still stuck at step 1. FML Being short doesn't help either. However, I do appreciate the detailed steps. At least I know exactly what I need to work on first.

@angelamarooki6596 i finally got it last month, just still inconsistent. I can even do a Ronaldinho flick up straight into around the world. I practice every single day. It took me weeks to get it.
