Or maybe to remember the moment and show others. Not quite sure why you both care so much about what people do at concerts. Some people like to mosh, me, and some people would prefer to record stuff. As long as everyone is vibing and rocking out who gives a shit. Also I'm 28 before you start saying some dumbass shit about me being 18 or some anxiety ridden person

Man, what's with all these people standing? Are they all teenage girls waiting for Just Pretend? Feel so sad for Bad Omens, such a freaking performance, BMTH level big, and yet.. eh, too bad too bad. Think they should write the next album as heavy as possible for these still life people to never show up at a concert again)

Saw them live with Spiritbox Underoath and Stray From the Path, I want to see Spiritbox in Bad Omens ended up being the highlight of the show. Couldn't believe how good he sounded his singing voice on Like a Villain, how brutal Dethroned sounded live.
You have to do Dethrone live from Hollywood bowl. Touring matters really matters. Bands get so much better
BTW the concert hall has a strict no Mosh Pit rule. People still did it but got kicked out.
Imagine having a metal band play and not allowing moshing bruh......

I saw Sleep Token and the crowd was INSANE. Everybody was so emotional and in the moment. Best show ive ever seen
Went to the one in Anaheim- nicest crowd I’ve ever been in. People were so in the moment, loved every second of it.
So I can say from experience, having seen Bad Omens literally days before COVID shut down touring, they were awesome then. Post covid their popularity has gone nuclear. These guys have evolved so damn much. Saw them post covid a few times and their new look and new sound is as perfect a blend of pop, synth, and metal.
Unfortunately you're spot on about the crowd. Such a disappointment.
I promise you, as someone who's seen them three times in the past year and a half, the crowd does move, but it's the first song of the set and they wanna catch the opening especially because that intro video is dope as hell. I was at the most recent Boston show and we were FERAL.
God it makes me so freaking sad with the phones and then you pan down to the 7 dudes having fun in a mini pit 😭
For such a legit performance, the mix is outrageous and his vocals, even the backing vocals are clean af...but the crowd man. If i ever go to gigs i rarely record because im too in the moment
Yea I’ll take like a quick picture or 2 real quick then I’m all eyes and ears on the stage. Tixs cost to much to not be watching and experiencing what’s right in front of you
Dude I was there! Crowed was moshing and screaming. Crowd wasn’t still. Venue didn’t allow mosh pits but the dude from I see stars called for the pit. That pit opened up fast

yeah and i'm saying is it's not a slaughter to prevail show. They're going to be cameras, phones, little movement since they absolutely blew the hell up. As we OG's that knew them before covid just have to ride the wave and accept this reality. They're playing WAY bigger shows/venues, not the little 200-300+ ones anymore. That's all i'm saying.

Craaaazy good... btw, you can see closer to the end that there were fewer phones... it was the intro and first song and ppl wanted to record the first impact... it's usually like this with almost every show and band. This is the new generation I guess... I simply forget I have a phone in a similar scenario :))
Josh, I saw them 4 times now (3 times this year) and the crowd is effectivly a lot of young (goth) girls. Also depended on the city where they played in germany.
Post-COVID Bad Omen's shows are flooded with TikTok kids waiting for Just Pretend, etc. Noah even had to put give a speech saying that there's new people in the crowds that've never experienced metal concerts.
Bro, that's exactly how the Bad Omen shows are. It was so aggravating see them with Erra and Invent Animate with crowds like this... tiktok kids are brutal
I'm 34 and I would be there shaking my ass, screaming my lungs out and giving myself whiplash from headbanging 😂. It seems that 1/3 or more of the crowd are there for their more melodic and "mainstream" songs. Makes me so sad, the boys worked their asses off to give us such good material and play it night after night only to stare at hundreds of phones. The ironic fact that this was during Artificial Suicide is also not lost on me.
That's really sad to see all these people not even enjoying the show because they're busy recording it. No pits, no headbanging... put your fking phones away and enjoy the live stuff damn it!
thanks for pointing out the smartphone thing. I rarely .. really really rarely take any video of any concerts/events i go to , because mostly there's something on the internet with a better quality anyway.. But imagine you're standing there , everyone standing and holding up their smartphone.. ( they are basicly watching the show through their screen ) like come on.... i'll never ever understand that. Never .
I've seen Bad Omens twice in the past year, once on their headline UK tour last year and again with BMTH this year... Noah even commented on how there were so many less phones when he plays in the UK 😂 it's a sad world all those people not living in the moment
I just saw them in Orlando on this tour, the crowd was about 80% female and they were CRAMMED like sardines to the point that moshing wasn't physically possible, all they could do was bob their heads. I was in the mezonine area looking down on it.

Saw them in Houston this year for the opening show of the tour. I’m 33 and purchased reserved seats since we’ve entered the TikTok generation. If I catch Bad Omens at a festival, I’m slinging bodies in the pit. 🤘
I was at this show and the crowd was DEAD. Super bummed, especially knowing now that it was recorded. Bad Omens was fantastic, of course.

Saw them this year, absolutely no energy from the fans literally recording the whole concert. I am officially a full time crowd killer now because of that show.
The lady in front of me at my Bad Omens show was Facebook live-streaming the entire time. I watched most of the concert through her phone since she wouldn't put it down and I couldnt see around her :)
I was front row at this show (and also one of the few who didn't have my phone out) But the venue advertised that crowd surfing and moshing were not allowed in the venue :/ And people who tried were kicked out
I was at that show. It did sound that good. I recorded bits and pieces, but for the most part, was jamming out.
I was going nuts in my office. Alone. But yeah, I wouldn't be in the pit. I'm 31 and three kids deep. Haha.

Was there for this show and it was amazing!! All bands did so good, but man can bad Omens put on a show i wish i could get a DVD of it here in Vegas in full

I was the Chicago show, and there was movement but there could have been so much more lol. I moved the whole show, only caught a few clips. But the phone thing kills the vibe of the show.
And the girls next to me were TikTok girls. They left immediately after just pretend and had 0 fun during the show. I nearly passed out twice from dancing 🤣
Unreal live man! Just seen them in Glasgow while they were supporting BMTH. Like ridiculously good! It annoyed me that everyone had their phones out at that gig too lol but Noah is a great vocalist!

Seen them live a handful of times. They’re incredible! But people will just stand there recording the whole time and it’s the most annoying thing ever. It’s hard enough being a short person at a show, now a days I end up seeing the show through a damn phone screen even tho I’m there
If you can't see and the phones are in your way your better off going into the stands. You may not like the experience but if your height is really a problem then go to the stands if there are any
@@Sanic55 My level of frustration has not yet become enough to go to the stands, but I do think about it any time I’m in a spot where I can’t see the stage 🤣 What I find most bothersome is people standing completely still, no dancing or headbanging. I think people recording should be in the stands, not right next to the pit lol

To be honest I don't care about them going crazy or simply standing still. But when they rather block people view with their phone, taking videos they'll obviously never watch anyway cause the sound is shitty in 99% of them, this drives me nuts.
So much whining over people having their phone out. People paid to be there, let people enjoy the way they want too, if they want to record it to re-remember it later on, let them. People out here complaining that them doing this is an 18 year old zoomer with social issues, your whining is just as bad as the dude whining about their social issues. Just let people enjoy how they want too, whining in a song for half the song about people with their phones out exhumes the same energy. People are way too invested in other people now-a-days.
