I’m confident that this video will be very useful to graduates and students alike with improving their working portfolio, so great job on it Emmanuel! More people need to see this video for sure to understand what employers are looking for👍
As stated, by trouble shooting XD.... it can't be learnt... of course you can read a lot of previous experiences, but troubleshooting is learnt by actuall doing it
Your every video's have very informative message for chemical engineers to develop our career. Lots of love and thanks from India . " I am eagerly waiting for the video on EV cells technology ,Role of chemical engineers in it and courses available to develop our career in it ".
@@ChemicalEngineeringGuy i am applying for a process engineer trainee job in a cement plant, and i still dont get if the company is looking for someone very cautious or someone who is willing to take risks when is necessary... generally speaking for a chemical process engineer is desireable to take a fair amount of risk like a 6 out of 10? (they made me the balloon test to analyze my behaviour) thanks!
Company I'm working for right now (rant ahead): find a solution but don't spend a single dime on the research. Revlevant to the video subject: from my experience, at least with my current workplace, they value: 1. Quick and easy solutions, which would imply complex problem solving and critical thinking . 2. Constant communication about deadlines, next steps, and info related to the potential solutions. -- THE END --- They do not want any judgement or decision making from my side. They will entirely do that on their own. I can have the (in my opinion and maybe even objectively speaking) best theoretically possible solution to a problem, but it won't matter, unless they decide that they will roll with it. That's a corporate business. Leadership is likely reserved for seniors, which I'm not. Or maybe smaller companies.
With some relevant experience, for sure, there are a lot of jobs that require technician level, and there is a huge gap between operator and engineer in many industries, i.e. technicians for certain type of equipment, certain type of operation, and so on
Very nice
Thanks!

Sounds great, gotta make some vid on EV soon!
taking risks is good at some degree? (not extreme but certain risks to achieve a positive change)
of course, its true in life, love, investment and work... the problem is the higher the rewards, the higher the risks!
