Tithing was never applicable to New Testament believers!!! 2nd Corinthians 9:7 encourage us to give freely. There is no New Testament tithe that we have to pay! Tithing was food anyway! You quoted those Scriptures out of context. We all should be good financial stewards of what God has blessed us with. Don't spend money you don't have, and give freely with no set percentage required. Remember the widows mite in the bible. DON'T LET SHOWS LIKE THIS MANIPULATE YOU INTO GIVING JUST FOR THE SOLE PURPOSE OF GETTING! The Scriptures speak against this! This is witchcraft. Not trying to take away from their testimony, but please stop abusing God's Word by encouraging people to tithe. People should be Holy Spirit led in their giving. The tithes from the Mosaic Law was food, not money. Help those in need. Give to the poor. There are so many people in need. EDIT: The windows of heaven in that scripture is referencing rain, not a financial blessing. If this were true, why are there still poor saints? We can't manipulate God's Word to get what we want. Manipulation is a form of witchcraft. Everyone who twists God's Word for gain knowingly or unknowingly is an active participant in witchcraft.
