Sir, We use "direct and indirect" both for spoken. Direct: he said to her,"i like you". Indirect: he told her that he loved her. Sir i know that we change tense and pronoun for indirect because speaker is using his way to tell the sentence. And we can use whether direct or indirect. My question: "i like you and l liked you", in dono sentence ka tense change hone se kya sentence(i liked you) past me hone se meaning bhi change ho jata hai. I like you- main aapko pasand karta hun I liked you- main aapko pasand karta tha(aur ab nahe karta) Ya "i liked you" hone par bhi meaning present wala he rehta hai( i like you). Sir maine aapki narration ki sari videos dekhi hai but ye part Clear nahi hua please help.
