I love how the Timeless River audio sounds even worse in this version. When I played this game, I always used to narrate the speech bubbles, so for this world I had to cover my mouth with my sleeve to sound muffled. When Sora and co. returned to Disney Castle and the audio was back to clear, I spoke normally as well.

Looking at Kingdom Hearts, I'm starting to see what might've inspired the hack-and-slash aspect of the Warriors series (Dynasty Warriors, Hyrule Warriors, Fire Emblem Warriors...)
Dynasty Warriors predates Kingdom Hearts. The series really hasn't had much of an impact on other game franchises for whatever reason. The only games I can really think of that took inspiration from Kingdom Hearts are Nier:Automata and the pre-release versions of Final Fantasy XV and VII Remake, and those last two were both Tetsuya Nomura's projects, just like Kingdom Hearts.

To summon him, Sora uses the Baseball Charm he receives from Merlin.
