Peanut Butter & Jelly Sandwich Bundt Cake Recipe! | Her Name is Jellina Jif!

This is my newest Bundt cake, Jellina Jif! She’s a pb & j sandwich cake, filled with a strawberry jam filling, and topped with a peanut butter glaze! This is a must try, trust me! All my pb & j fans, stand up!
Recipe:
Cake:
•2 Sticks of butter, softened at room temp
•1 Cup sugar
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•3 eggs (room temp)
•6 Tablespoons whole milk (room temp)
•1 3/4 Cup flour
•1 T baking powder
Strawberry filling:
•2 tablespoons butter
•1.5 Cups strawberry preserves
•Squeeze of fresh lemon juice
Peanut butter glaze:
•1/3 Cup peanut butter
•4 tablespoons (could be more) whole cold milk
•1 teaspoon vanilla extract
•2 Cups powdered suga
Strawberry crunch topping:
•6 golden Oreos
•2 Tablespoons melted butter
•2 Tablespoons of strawberry gelatin packet
•chopped peanuts for topping
