Thanks for the free house ☺ also as always thanks for sharing - your neighborhood must be fantastic!! I love whatever you do - however you do it. Im entertained but do you think you will do another real estate style tour video in the future? That is what drew me in - but everything else has been great!!
Thank you! I don’t have much else in my neighbourhood to tour that I haven’t already unfortunately! One day I’ll complete my third vacation hood and then I’ll do that one, but it may be a ways off!
I am fascinated with your decision making process here - The putting all the foundation down first then trimming back as you put the walls up is something I've never thought to do! Do you have an inspiration plan you work from or is it a vision in your head? Do you draw a floor plan up first or just wing it? At the moment my houses have to be all around 10K for my BaCC, so it is a hard thing not to make everyone look similiar!
Hey Kiri! That foundation thing I think just evolved slowly over many builds, I think it just dawned on me one day when I was trimming back a small section that it was an easier way to do the whole thing! I build more room by room than outside in if that makes sense. I see a lot of people build a shell and figure out the layout after, but my brain doesn't like that lol! So this method of foundation building works better with that method of house building! And yes, almost always I'm working off of a floor plan and adapting it for the game a bit of course, but that's usually where I start!
This was the layout I started with! Made some changes and I think it's a bigger layout overall, and did my own thing with the exterior! robinsonplans.com/home-plans/craftsman/craftsman-elliott-1091/
I adore how detailed and well-thought out your builds are! I'm very new to building more 'seriously' in TS2 (I'm not quite so good yet!), and watching your process is very inspirational. Thanks so much for sharing these videos!
Another great design... Where can we download these houses? The containers with spoons at 11.24, the thin long shelf cabinet and the items on it at 15.40, the hanger next to the door at 19.25, the books, files and folders at 20.26 and 20.40, the shower cabin at 23.30 and the floor tiles at 24.30' Could you share with us the link of the bathroom decorations such as soap and razor at 26.50, the folded clothes at 27.15, the toddler bed at 30.00, the play tent at 30.40 and the toy boxes at 31.05?
Hi, thanks for watching! Please check out the description box, it has info about whether the lots are available for download or not. This one has a link to the unfurnished version only. Also per the FAQ in the description box please keep any WCIF requests to 3-4 items max per video, unfortunately I don’t have time to do lots and lots of them ☺️ I’d recommend you check out the Sims 4t2 build/buy database I linked because a large majority of what I use is linked on there!
What lovely windows 🤩😁 also, those woods floors, I am in love, WCIF? This house was so beautiful, I loved all the colour downstairs and the study nook with the cute little alien touches!! I also use a multi-PT default replacement, it makes having aliens so much more appealing to me hahaha. Also, a modular Ektorp?? Googling THAT one right now, that was so cool?? The curtains and clutter were also 👌👌So on point as always. I'm about halfway through all the family stories on your dreamwidth, can't wait to read how this one came about!
Thank you! Those floors are some of my favourites, it's in two sets. So happy you're reading the Brightmaple journal too, I love my little hood! Their family doesn't join in til round 11 but they're one of my favourites already. I'm pretty sure the Ektorp modular was by Deedee if you haven't found it yet!
@@88kayleigh I did find it, thank you! First I found the original by Mustke and went, "that's not right, it's not actually modular" lol - kept looking and found the one by DeeDee. Also thank you for the floooooors I just can never have too many wood floors I swear 😁😍
Thats a beautiful home! Thank you for this tipe of content, is very rare to see it, but the Sims 2 still alive! I have a question, how do you raise and lower non-wall objects, like the minute 17:17 ? (Sorry if my english isnt good at all)
10:55 - how do you shift the objects up like that without an OMSP?! I’ve literally never seen that before?! Is there an easier way than using OMSPs?! 🤯
i love your builds in your hood i was wondering where do you get those windows cc from? unless it's from one of the packs few i don't have i wouldn't mind knowing if it's cc or pack related
