    Mom and Dad great job on raising your kids. Not scared of hard work. Plus the phone isn't in their hands 25 hrs a day.
    Great parenting is just about non-existent in today's world. Great scenery thanks for sharing. Again great job 👍

    Great river fishing video. Great Alaskan River scenery. Really Big Grayling. White rubber jigs seemed to be the answer. Grey dog was all excited. Cant wait for the next fishing adventure. Cheers

    One of my favorite rivers here in Alaska but I haven’t been to it in about twelve years lol and its almost time for the silvers to be hitting it and use to fish for them a long time ago in that river

      delta clear water is a great fishery but you really need a boat to fish it well. the upper chena is better for wade fishing. best fishing for Chena in June (for bigger fish) and July-Sept for numbers.

    😎👍👍 Why didn't you keep any fish?

    • @diyalaskanlifestyle
      @diyalaskanlifestyle  2 ปีที่แล้ว +4

      Only allowed to keep 1 and it has to be under 12” so not worth it and I’m not even sure if we caught one under 12”

    • @alaskaaccurate466
      @alaskaaccurate466 2 ปีที่แล้ว

      The river he is fishing, which is where I happen to live, is very regulated. As mentioned can keep one under 12"... this has in turn made this river a world class grayling fishery as they are all huge... and thus can't keep them. Double edge sword. On one hand the fish will grow old and eventually die instead of being eaten. On the other hand - it's a great fishing river attracting sportsman and not trophy hunters.

    How come you don't eat them???!!! This is your video, but I don't care to watch if you not going to eat them.

    • @diyalaskanlifestyle
      @diyalaskanlifestyle  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      We can only keep them(eat them) if they are less then 12”. This was a recreational fun day after a long hard couple months of working. And I’m pretty sure none were under 12”
