Back at me big brother me also Get up 3.00 a.m and doing workout for 45 minutes,then bathing 15 then started Studying and daily self study of me is 7.30 hour. by the way prepareing for State PCS aspirants.❤😊
For 2 weeks I'm waking up at 3am. But sometimes 3.30am. I usually wake up 8am. I wanted to make myself disciplined so I tried to wake around 6am. Task accomplished 👍. Then I moved it to 5 am to study. A good filter coffee helped and motivated me to wake up so early. Then by default I wake up at 2.30am one day.From the next day onwards I started to wake up 3- 30am. Then around 6am me and my mom and my Jacky(dog) we go for a walk around 4kms. This keep me active the whole day(summa sone apo apo kutty kuty rest. Mandatory afternoon 1hr sleep) This is my kutty success story of making myself disciplined. Note: I never set my alarm. From Even 8am to 3am. Unlocked my +5 extra hours on my day.
how about people who sleep late but wake up early and get the vitamin d, bro exams are near soo we cant just change our routine if its made then we have to follow on the based of our circumstances and daily habit !
