Did this USC frat boy kill a homeless man?
A University of Southern California frat boy has been arrested after being accused of stabbing a homeless man, Xavier Cerf, to death.
Cerf was allegedly trying to break into a car when 19-year-old Ivan Gallegos confronted him.
The homeless man allegedly said he had a gun, which is what prompted Gallegos to stab him multiple times.
