I just got hired a month ago as an MA in a primary care clinic and it’s been crazy between seeing pts picking up phones to check in pts and let me not get started in working with buckets. Don’t know if every office does this? it’s exhausting but I love my job and enjoy my pts thanks for your content really enjoy watching 😊
this is one of the reasons i want to become a MA because my whole life i have dealt with rude MA’s and i want people to be able to meet nice ones like me that aren’t stuck up or rude .

yes, you can, you get trained in phlebotomy so you can work in just that if you want. You can extra certifications if you want to. Pay Is normally determined based on certifications and experiences. I also share videos about being a Medical Assistant.

I work in urgent care and we’re seeing 90-120 every day. Everything is just nuts everywhere in healthcare lately!! Hang in there lady!!!
I feel you girl. I work in urgent care too. Before covid we saw 30-40 people a day. Now we see 150-200! Fucking insane!
I work in a Walk-in clinic, 5 doctors, 2 receptionist, 100 patients a day on average!
