Nice vid and Trimpley is my favorite stretch to fish and know them pegs very well and just up from the 1st peg there is a cracking one for lower water. Great memories and back up there in 3wks from Cornwall cant wait. Tight Lines All :)
Hi Harry just seen an article on u catching barbel on the hinders cheeze dumbells. I'm very new to barbel fishing would u recommend them as a good all Yr round barbel bait sick of changing different baits for barbel want to stick to maybe 1 or 2 good boilies.
With the glide rod which size felt the best fit as an allrounder the 12 or 14ft. Im thinking of the 12ft version as i dont really float fish past half way on the wye if that and its not to deep, i also like the tighter swims so not sure id benefit with the 14ft?
Cracking video, love watching the barbel fighting, I'm currently in the market for a rod that I can use not only on the Severn but also fishing the canal and lakes while fishing both float fishing and ledgering/feeder tactics. I would like just to have the one rod as I'm on of theses guys that doesn't want loads of gear. Is there a rod you could recommend Thanks
Yes Robert they are still in production. We are currently closed so we are unable to send out stock to replenish the shops at the moment unfortunately.
@@John-vt3gt The rods for the money are great, used one belonging to my mate. However I would avoid the reels. Nothing wrong with them, but far better for the money out there from Daiwa or similar.
Are those power float rods currently available now? I’ve been after a stepped up float rod for Tench and barbel on the float that had the extra length for years. What test curve is it and where can I get one?
Nice video enjoyed that. Dream of some fishing like that
What a venue 😍 nice video lads

What reel would you pair with this
I can't find anywhere that has the 12\14 glide in stock. Are they still in production?

The float rod used is a new one Graeme, it will be released shortly. If you follow our facebook page you will be notified of its release. 👍
Cheers 👍🏻
@j1277mac its a 3 piece rod, 12-14ft. You can fish it as a two piece at 12ft, and you add in another section if you want to fish it at 14ft.
