  • Pasta kneaded with buldak yolk
    [Spaghetti with spicy fire noodles]
    1) Add 30 egg yolks to the buldak sauce
    2) Mature the yolk for a day
    3) Add yolk to flour and knead
    4) Mature the dough in the refrigerator for 1 day
    5) Cut the dough into appropriate sizes and place it in a noodle maker
    6) Spread the dough thinly, sprinkling flour
    7) Remove the noodles with a thick nozzle
    8) Place olive oil and butter in pan and grill king tiger shrimp
    (*After defrosting the shrimp, wash it well and cut the body in half.)
    9) Reduce heat and cover until shrimp is fully cooked
    10) Remove the cooked shrimp and stir-fry sliced garlic and mushrooms in a pan
    11) Boil the noodles in boiling water and stir-fry them in a pan
