Thank you for sharing such insightful information. I came a month ago to Texas on h1b. However, I am unhappy with the work culture over here and I feel my worth is more than what I am being offered right now. Moreover, this video helps and I am aiming to switch. Although my experience with a few consultancies over here is a bit suspicious, I hope I can crack an offer directly with an American employer.
With the right mindset, strategy and some hard work, you csn certainly do that.
