Adding a fryer to my catering trailer | welding | bbq trailer

In this video I add a extra 9 gallon 3 basket fish fryer to my bbq catering trailer. I had it built by the same guy that built the trailer. I had a big catering job and my previous fryer wasn’t enough. That’s the reason for adding another one. Hope y’all enjoy the video.

Mike at custom Metal Projects in Beebe, Arkansas built the trailer and fish cookers. When I ordered the trailer, I only had one fish cooker built. I found out that I needed another one, so I had him build a mirror image of the one on the trailer.
