The play at 8:32 is just remarkable, the wherewithal to swipe away the defenders stick WHILE in a shooting motion, staggering amount of awareness and skill
you're right.. However, most people say "Mcdavid is better" for X Y or Z. Sure, Mcdavid is incredible. Hes not better than Crosby.. one or two more years left for 87 to hold that torch
Oh boy, here I go liking your videos before the 2 second mark again. Every one of these is an instant classic; you do such great work on them. The focus on one particular part of Sid’s game is always so refreshing and interesting, please keep them coming. Aight now I can watch
Woah thanks for pointing that out I totally forgot. Cause that’s how he gets such good back hand shots. Duuude that blows my mind I feel like I need to rematch the video knowing that, excellent point!
It's the little things like 8:50 that make Crosby the best in the game today; watch as he moves Boyle's stick out of the way before releasing the shot .. absolutely amazing!
That power play passing sequence between Malkin, Kunitz, Neal finished by Crosby is unbelievable. I remember seeing it live and Pierre McGuire lost his mind!
Wow those goals at 8:33 on Tampa and 8:56 on Detroit! That is an unreal hockey mind to knock the stick of the defender and get a quick, accurate and hard shot off. One of the greats for sure!
This compilation is eye opening. How dangerous this quick and accurate little shot is. There's no wind up, no real leg movement or fakeout... really just quick and accurate. Amazing simplicity.
unreal snap shot. Best I have ever seen. If you see the breakdown of a snap shot most will teach you to use your whole body but Crosby uses minimal twist and almost no leg drop and still snaps this lightning fast
Crosby may have "passed the torch" to McDavid as the league's Best player .... but above the shear numbers alone , Crosby possesses the Drive and Passion to LEAD any team he is on. And to me , Crosby is still the All around best player. He has that very rare ability to get Better in the games that mean the most. Could McDavid still become an all around true and complete leader and win when it matters most .?? Absolutely. !! But until then , Crosby is still in a league by himself.
No question. Sid’s quick release is insane. It’s one of the key reasons he’s been able to remain such a prolific scorer for so long. Opposing goaltenders have trouble anticipating when he’s going to put a shot on net. And because his blade is almost flat, he can just as easily go backhand as fore.
Crosby is like a US fighter jet - out-manoeuvring opposition with stealth, speed, and skill - reaching the target and delivering laser-guided ordinance with extreme prejudice.
Unreal best leader of all time he’s the captain of every team he plays for, woohoooooooo from Cole harbour Nova Scotia, I live about two hours away from where he’s from
Best in the league still, McDavid is close, but I still edge Crosby just by a bit. Crosby seems a little more complete of a player. I will give Mcdavid credit he is by far the fastest player in the league though.
Yeah sorry but the torch has been passed. McJesus scored 19 more points than Crosby last year. In fact, if you look at their 5v5 production McDavid scored 88 points on even strenght, against Crosby's 51. If anything, Crosby's point total is inflated by a really strong powerplay(38 of 89 points on it) of the Pens, where as McDavid and the Oilers are the complete opposite spectrum of the scale(20 of 108 points).
The thing with Crosby is he changes the entire dynamic of his line. Everybody on his line instantly becomes better because he has the ability to see and setup plays
Pectus 1 Mcdavid is a one sided player in his career at the moment because he’s still young and needs to develop on the other side of the ice. Crosby is a complete 2 way player. Points don’t tell the whole story, Crosby was putting up ridiculous numbers when he came in the league. Mcdavid doesn’t have 2 other players on his team who hit 90+ points. The point is if Crosby was on Edmonton he’d have the same point totals as mcdavid because Edmonton relies on mcdavid to create all the opportunities, Crosby has Kessel and malkin to help carry the load.
Pectus 1 and if your only argument is that mcdavid passed Crosby is because of point totals, you should take in this little fact lolol Mcdavid Points per game: 1.22 Crosby’s point per game :1.29 Crosby has 600+ games on mcdavid with a higher PPG total.
Everyone does something. If you're lucky, you enjoy what you do. If you're luckier, you'll be good at what you do. But when you were meant to do something, and you do it, everyone is lucky. Everyone is lucky that we get to see Sidney Crosby play hockey.
I wish you did these videos for Patrice Bergeron. I'm not a Pens/Crosby fan, but I'm a fan of your videos. Keep up the great work. I've watched the Crosby Edgework video at least 20 times! :)
Man this guy is something, enjoy him while he's here its already been 13 years as shitty as it sounds his time is coming to an end sooner than later...time flies damn hes definitely top 3 all time in my mind , one of the most complete players to ever play with a skill level like his and IQ
Gretzky, Lemieux and Crosby are the 3 best ever. If they all were in their prime at the same time, on a team with no supporting cast. I wouldn't be surprised if Crosby out shined them both. And this is coming from a lifelong Lemieux fan
I feel like he holds his goal scoring back so other players can have the limelight lol. He could probably score 50 plus a year but he focuses on setting up his line mates. But that release is one of a kind, he roofs it every single time
He just makes all the right plays. That’s why you don’t see the most goals from him all the time but sometimes you so. It’s situational. Crosby is just a winning formula. I’d take Crosby on my team before any other player in the league. Crosby is still the best.
Said it before and I’ll say it again. Best Crosby videos, by a mile. I feel like every one of your subscribers understand the overwhelming joy that surges the instant we see you’ve put up a new video. It’s always worth the wait. This is my first time stating that I believe McDavid has surpassed him. However that’s a testament to how incredible McDavid is because to think there could be a better play does not seem possible. And every time I watch one of your videos I seem to get dragged back over to, hm maybe Crosby IS still the best. I think if you were to create the perfect hockey player you’d give Crosby a 5/5 in every area of like ten aspects of the game. Now, McDavid would get a 4/5 in at least half of those. BUT, the clincher is, McDavid, would get a 6/5 in the other areas. That’s by I put him ahead. He is simply on a different level than everyone else. When I see Crosby I think wow he must of had to work to get that good. When I see Connor it’s not that he didn’t work for it (he did) I think someone used this to describe Messi and Ronaldo. One is the greatest human hockey player alive. It’s just the other, is a god. McDavid not only moves at that insane speed, his mind processes the game at the same pace, with the hands to match. It makes him seem not human. That’s why he’s first. When I see Crosby I think, man if you work hard you can achieve all your goals. When I see McDavid I think, why bother. I am never gonna be that good. I could out work him, go nuts, and I will still, never be that fast. I see a lot of areas of Crosby’s game you can find a way to learn. I don’t feel that way won’t Connor. Someone someday will make him look human, and that’s just how it goes, but for now that seems impossible just like it did with Crosby. Huge respect for both. Besides, you never know who McDavid would be if he hadn’t had Crosby as his idol. Each generation affects the next.

Top 5 player of all time, not even a argument any more
TheWillStrike better than Lemieux and Gretzky. He would've been a 200+ point scorer back in their day.
TheWillStrike nah
He is the greatest of all time no question
he's the best in the showers too
@@justinberber9848 you would know wouldn't ya lol
0:45 ill never forget mason's face looking back at sid after that off the charts goal
my favorite as well
that's funny lmao, like "did he just score from there?"
The play at 8:32 is just remarkable, the wherewithal to swipe away the defenders stick WHILE in a shooting motion, staggering amount of awareness and skill
and thats why he is the best period!
What a privilege it is to be able to watch a player at this level in every aspect of the game. These videos really capture his greatness.
He's literally got it all.
Best player I have ever seen. And this is from a Flyers fan.
Ditto here
Same
Respect to you sir. Flyers have a bright future
Respect. Crosby really has no faults in his game. His highlights are the most satisfying to watch. Perfection.
see it doesn't matter who you're a fan of, sid is one of the best ever and anyone with a brain knows that, pens fan or not
0:46 Mason looking at Crosby like wtf
hes like wait thats not supposed to go in
hes l like who the F was that as he looks back..... Best goalie reaction
Big props to Mason. Even he was like, “Holy fuck! What?!”
It's a good day when xXLaFlammeXx drops a new vid.
DC fax
its like christmas in october
Ikr

kJ
He needs to create content for other players.
Almost forgot how amazing it is to see him play.
2018-19 season and still the best in the league. Not the Fastest, never was. The best.
He's actually got crazy speed.
I don't think it was ever his goal go be the best in a single category rather than being the best all rounded player currently, which he is.
First couple of years before injury he had real speed.
Crosby had McDavid speed back in his first few seasons
you're right.. However, most people say "Mcdavid is better" for X Y or Z. Sure, Mcdavid is incredible. Hes not better than Crosby.. one or two more years left for 87 to hold that torch
9:13, shows how fast Crosby can recognize, evaluate, process, react and celebrate in one continuous motion
Oh boy, here I go liking your videos before the 2 second mark again. Every one of these is an instant classic; you do such great work on them. The focus on one particular part of Sid’s game is always so refreshing and interesting, please keep them coming. Aight now I can watch
keep in mind. He is doing this with a stick with almost no curve.
No curve, super stiff and short too. 115 flex
Woah thanks for pointing that out I totally forgot. Cause that’s how he gets such good back hand shots. Duuude that blows my mind I feel like I need to rematch the video knowing that, excellent point!
my comment ^
5:13 just to get a glimpse of “the curve” or lack there of.
Idk why but im the only one that likes a flatter curve, i use a stamkos curve and i can go top shelf easily but i also dont miss the net high.
It's the little things like 8:50 that make Crosby the best in the game today; watch as he moves Boyle's stick out of the way before releasing the shot .. absolutely amazing!
sid's far side snapshot is something straight out of a video game
so under rated till you watch this video and realize how many ways he can score
That power play passing sequence between Malkin, Kunitz, Neal finished by Crosby is unbelievable. I remember seeing it live and Pierre McGuire lost his mind!
Wow those goals at 8:33 on Tampa and 8:56 on Detroit!
That is an unreal hockey mind to knock the stick of the defender and get a quick, accurate and hard shot off.
One of the greats for sure!
This guy is amazing at everything
Crosby’s highlights are the most satisfying of any player. He truly has no faults in his game. The precision is so beautiful. It’s art.
6:19 didn't even look until the last second, fooling the goalie like he was going to pass. Brilliant.
7:14 I remember watching this live, game 7 decided right there in OT. Enjoy it while it lasts folks!
This video was a thing of beauty. Accuracy is just as if not more important than power.
Look forward to everyone of your videos! Once again absolutely beautifully made...
Man he was a beast on that old Reebok stick. I wish I still had one.
This compilation is eye opening. How dangerous this quick and accurate little shot is. There's no wind up, no real leg movement or fakeout... really just quick and accurate. Amazing simplicity.
Never stop making these
Hornquist's face @ 1:00 is all of us
He's amazing, I've never seen anyone like him.
I enjoy every one of your vids. Thanks for posting another!
Sid is the best player in the new story, I am a fan of him from Kazakhstan.
I check for a new highlight vid everyday. Hopefully a new one soon... you do a great job!
Everyone loves these videos thank you!🙌🏽
He is a incredible player in all aspects of the game . His pick awareness is off the charts !!!
Awesome video! Can you do a video on Sids Strength or Hits.
unreal snap shot. Best I have ever seen. If you see the breakdown of a snap shot most will teach you to use your whole body but Crosby uses minimal twist and almost no leg drop and still snaps this lightning fast
Watching Crosby play makes me cry. Such a beautifully high level of sport.
Love these videos would love to see some geno compilations to
great video about a great player, your series on Crosby is simply amazing .
I can watch him all day long wowww
Bravo love the videos best all around player ever

Very impressive work once again.
Crosby is just that player that is so well rounded and makes him a lethal 200ft player. He is the G.O.A.T
Your videos put a smile to my face😃
Those stick lifts before shooting the puck. Not many players can think and react that fast.
Another great video man keep it up!!!
Love these videos man
Crosby is like a US fighter jet - out-manoeuvring opposition with stealth, speed, and skill - reaching the target and delivering laser-guided ordinance with extreme prejudice.
Lol that comparsion
isnt that like every modern fighter jet ever
phenomenal analogy ngl
except he isn’t working for Israel
He has more in common with Russian fighter jets though, they're even more agile
Unreal best leader of all time he’s the captain of every team he plays for, woohoooooooo from Cole harbour Nova Scotia, I live about two hours away from where he’s from
same i live in wolfville

I love how the videos always start off with him in training
wow ive never noticed this but holyyyyy thats pretty crazy

The Banana Squad he does everything right
Bro you have an awesome channel !

Just a quick flick of the wrist and it’s a laser off the pipe and in the net every time. Unreal.
Love these vids. Even though I’m a Caps fan and in general I hate Crosby, as a player you have to appreciate his skill and all that he’s accomplished
haven't even made a video on his play making ability yet holy shit this man is a god. once you drop that vid it's gg
Gretzky, Lemux , And Crosby
Yes
And Ovechkin
Андрей Романенко not on the same level. Great pure goal scorer and player though but just one level down from sid Gretzky and lemieux.
Something like Sidney Crosby Lower Body Strength would be cool. Like how well he takes hits and keeps the puck
Thanks for saving my day
Never gets old!!!!!!!!!
His reaction timing at 8:59 lifting the stick before the shot is insane
Love your stuff man, love your channel.
Hockey God, Wizard, Master, whatever you want to call him, he's the GOAT
The stick plays against Boyle and Nielson are absolutely filthy
How are goalies supposed to stop those corner shots? oh wait, they cant. such precision, great video
Our generation is really spoiled getting to watch this guy. Him and Ovi at the same time.
Great Video as always
Как любитель хоккея скажу, что восхищаюсь и уважаю этого человека👍🏻 BLR
Amazing again!!!! Great job!!! :)
He’s good! Someone should draft this guy!
