1: lets start with the base settings, your LSN needs to be flush with the casing use you finger and rub it over where the LSN is you should feel if it is rasied or not if not adjust this so it is smooth when finger is rubbed over. ok now you HSN fully close this then undo a full 2 and a half turns. this is the base settings.

Too rich.
That's why it's so sluggish.
You need to lean the LSN then reduce the tick over.
