"If you saw us at any of the shows we played last year then you might recognize this track! We filmed the music video at Mad With Power Fest, ProgPower USA, and at our show in Montreal, Canada, and it is full of so many friends and familiar faces! We love including these particular festivals in the video because they have both been supporters of ours for a very long time, and we hope we will get to play them again and again as the years go on.
The track is one of the more synth heavy songs on the album, but it's also got some rad death vocals from Grant that you can bang your head to, so we hope there will be a little something for everyone to enjoy here!"

@@Sepherine I would take her vocal over Dio and Hansi anyday, anytime. She's always rated lower than Dio, Halford and other "heavy metal legends" just because she's a woman and she's living now, not in that 70-80s, when classic metal had its best era.
Hansi and Halford are still living legends.. I don't see a reason to try to rank top tier performers, just be grateful when they give me new music to elevate my workday. I'm really looking forward to seeing how the story unfolds for phantoma

@@AllanMurmannthey open for bands that should be opening for them. They received the 2020 Juno award for best Rock/Metal album. They should be touring with Maiden. That's why they're criminally underrated. They should be 100 times bigger than they are.
@@ComicalHealing hmmm I don't know about it mate. Maybe in the states? When they came to UK they were the high liners and both times I've watched them they were in 02 arena with 20k plus people selling out for months. I'm not saying they are overrated but I'm a fan and loads of people know them. I think they are properly rated and getting crescent recognition.
I only found out about them because i looked up "Canadian power metal". Like what i'm hearing, but it still sucks to be a power metal fan living in Canada.

It’s always Britt’s vocals that make every song soar to great heights.
Perhaps for a time, but with each successive album the entire band is just really coming together. For me it’s every single part now. They are becoming something truly great in my opinion. But yea Brittany still fuckin Slays as always.
@@jrtodd-br4zcSounds like they're getting better at strategically incorporating harsh vocals. I always feel like they could have more of that aspect to amp up the metal feel, but Brittney's vocal range with the wails usually does a good job carrying the vocal portion regardless.
I noticed that too in this song. It seems they are becoming more skilled in all aspects of their songwriting/performing skills. I’m just so stoked for it because it means more face melting albums/tours coming our way

I never get tired of watching this bass player. Every time he’s on stage, he appears to be having the best time of his life and it’s awesome!
I like to think it's because he is always mixed in soooo perfectly in the album mixes... close enough to the front to be heard but not overwhelmingly so... he is obviously valued in the band and it SHOWS... so he dances lol. Not many Bassists in this genre can say that... I mean, that's my head canon, anyway! \m/
Watching Nick play is like watching a golden retriever puppy play with a new toy; it's so fun to watch him have fun.
Brittney rightfully gets a lot of love, but every single band member is honestly some of the top talent in all of metal right now.

@@measlyfurball37 I have listened to a lot of metal and a lot of guitar players ranging from classical to blues to metal and the skill set of this band really is top tier. Everyone in the group is excellent at what they do both technically and creatively. I've listened to lots of bands that are very skilled at playing their instruments, but the creativity that UTA brings to the table is what really puts them on that next level (in my opinion). It's been nice watching them evolve because it seems like their musical tastes and mine are remaining synced up so that everything they do just sounds good to me. Hehe. And it's just about time for the 30 day countdown to the new album!!!! I've got my pre-order in and have gotten their new single purchased, downloaded and replayed/repeated/reiterated aboooooot two to three hundred times already. I can't sing "like" Brittney, but I can sing "with" Brittney. LOL.

I had to scoop my brains back into my head after this song blew my mind.
Unleash the Archers and Lovebites - taking classic metal, giving it their own twist, and carrying it into the future. I love both bands.
I'm going though "the change of life" and have been feeling all the symptoms of it. I don't know what it is about her voice and the music, but it gives my soul a little uplift. And lately I have really needed that.

Given how much I've obsessed over this song, and how many times I've listened to it, May 10 cannot get here fast enough!
And not only does this song give me old-school power ballad vibes, along with being heavy, but I am so happy for Brittney, because she seems more comfortable than ever with her voice being the only thing you hear. And more so now than five, six years ago, her voice and this band gives me so much joy listening to these metal masters ply and perfect their craft. I hope they get nominated for, and win, another Juno Award for 2023 Metal Album of the Year for Phantoma!

Saw them in Brisbane Australia in June 8th this year in a small club in front of maybe 200 people. The intensity was the same as if it was a full stadium. Keep rocking UTA. Metal legends!

Indeed. Arjen has a great nose for good artists. Britney's performance in Fate of Man blew me away. And now I have a new band to add on my must see list.
I've been following UTA since Deamons of Astrowaste blew me away, for over 10 years I still hope to one day see them live in the UK (I sadly cannot make it to bloodstock) but for now, just knowing they're out there, kicking ass , playing music and loving life is enough for me!

This song has a very "Through Stars" vibes, wich is my favorite UTA song. Maybe (just maybe) it's a bit slow😜, but I gust watched Grant's Twitch so I get the idea. Great synth-tunes also.
