Because students are only allowed 20 hours so not possible to earn so much. Most of the places don’t give you even minimum wage. Nowz days prices for rent groceries has gone up.

Hello dear paajee, please that can an international student take education loan from UK Govt?
I don't think it is possible as you won't have credit history required to get loan which also checked your past 3 years residence in UK. I am living in UK since 1.5 years and Barclays bank still rejected my small monthly installment for 1000 pounds, so imagine you getting a loan from them.. impossible.

Hi Deepti,
If you are only looking to settle in UK by any means then the best way is to get in through care jobs. Do mind that you have to do this for at least 5 years and recently the government has been looking into scams where students come from student visa and convert to tier 2 sponsorship and leave their degree course. Also, this would not be cheap considering you have to at least pay half of your tution money and visa costs and agents costs, etc.
