Ages ago training footage of Jonah Lomu was released and I’ll never forget seeing him squatting heavy weights with an exercise ball under each foot and I just thought wow, he was a huge man but I was surprised how much he focused on stability. He was great at staying on his feet

This week so far, Coach Firas opened my eyes for my Nutrition side and Knee safety side... For this last 4 years I have been diving into Biohakers world, holistic life style with Uncle Paul Chek... Inspired from Joe Rogon I started Bjj and I love it, regarding to the other Martial arts I practiced before... Tried Keto, Carnivore... etc... Coach you just tuned my needs... I will jump straight away on this course... Thank you soooo Much... OSS

Salam coach! I have knee valgus (like what GSP had, knees caving in) and I’ve had a meniscus tear for a while and you’re right about Atrophy. Quick questions:
    1. Is the content in the instructional video addresses those issues of knees caving in?
    2. I got the timtam power massager pro recently, are there any mobility exercises that you’ll touch on using that or any foam roller?
    Thanks a lot!
