Hey steve. Just wanted u to know that when I was still studying in flying school, your channel (especially these bahamas videos) were my goto vids for learning and improving confidence radio talk with atc. You always sounded so calm and collected even when talking and flying ifr solo. Now that I'm in the 777, and regularly talking with atc, I just want you to know that your channel was part of my learning process and getting here. Thanks and safe flights always! ( Ps i always liked these bahamas videos of yours because of the blue beach scenery below)
Look at all these uncovered tourists! an oldie but goodie from a flight, looks like, exactly 1 year ago. (the chart cycle from Dec 27 2019 gave it up lol.)
The ambassador is back at his destination point. I can't get enough of this torquoise water on approach, beautiful. Thanks for the bumpy ride SteveO, that was fun. Greetings from freezing Germany, Andy.
@@PredMatic 10 degrees here now, wind chill -1 and Alexa just said expect =9 here tonight! You're North of me about 180 miles, Stay safe and warm if ya can!
At 11:23 you can see the shadow of vortex spirals from your prop on the wing outside the left window. You can then see them again at 11:36 when you cut away to the left window and commented about weird static. The humidity in the air at that altitude was compressing off the prop tips and that is probably what was causing the “weird static” sound?
Great to see a flight back to the Bahamas again, been a long time...too long. Your videos in the caravan is what motivated me to make our 1st flight to the Bahamas!! Soooooo I see the SMALL hidden message on the tarmac, and hit LIKE, now what? a free ride!!
Dear Steveo I want to take a minute to thank you so much for all the videos you put together. As a 65-year-old male dealing with cancer it gives me so much happiness to spend time with you watching you fly and play. Now that I spend so much time in bed it gets real boring watching regular TV. I’ve always wanted to know how to fly and this is probably the closest I’ll ever get but it’s so beautiful the videos are beautiful, I love the work you do when you’re start up and explain what you’re doing. what you’re doing anyways I just wanted to tell you thank you keep up the great work it really makes me happy.
I'm watching this at Omaha airport where I'm taking the weather observations. You had 3,000 foot ceiling; I have 1,200 feet, 1 mile with moderate snow, Temp -3F. Wind chill -17F. I'm measuring snow every hour and now I am tempted get the Mrs and come to the Bahamas.
Fab stuff as always, Steve. The out track titled Paradise was very appropriate. Stay safe. Still in lockdown in UK hoping for some changes in the not to distant future. Your videos help keep us sane. Thanx!
Good to see Sunny and warm weather unlike here in Vancouver Canada and snowy and ugly and Thank You for another fly along. Luv The TBM 850 hopefully the sim ver in fs20 will do it justice
Well done. I’m a light sport pilot in Western North Carolina. You have inspired me to take my FDCT to the islands. I grew up in Freeport in the 60s. Time to go back and look around.
OMG.... That is so beautiful and amazing. Your video was SUCH A HUGE comfort for someone from "London UK"... Covid Central.... Loved it really.... Thanks for sharing.
Actually, when you see those white caps is when you DO want to be down there in a boat. I'm a sailor and a pilot, and those white caps indicate a really good time on the water for sailboats.
Hey, SteveO!! SHOUT-OUT to you from an IT guy in the Cornhusker state of Nebraska!! Thank you for your GREAT videos and awesome narration!! I really enjoy your adventures and like to watch your videos each Friday after work! Fly safe and I look forward to the next trip!!
The TBM is an amazing aircraft. Most people don't that it will out preform any aircraft in it's one categories but also smaller or mid size jets. Cost comparison is the first. Fuel . Space and Speed.
I agree with you Steveo flying is better than a desk job although I don’t have a desk job I work as a Monorail Pilot for the Walt Disney World Resort! TBM Beautiful Resort you are staying at!
Heck before I even watch the 1st second of the video I am clicking the thumbs UP. I think I got a tan even with that tropical overcast sky. As always may you have safe travels and continue to have the time of your life.
And the TBM 940 is ridonkulous. I fly a Cherokee in real life but the 930 in MSFS2020, and what an airplane! But you can't not love the Caravan. Just depends on what you're using it for. Then again I'm happy flying anything - I think the Cessna 150 is a blast.
This is the region i predominantly referred to as my "Hood" during the Summer months . Whereas my winter "Hood" most generally was spent in and around the Malibu vicinity . That was at any rate back in 'the day" . Tough times but we managed . Good ol "Yankee ingenuity" . I owe it all to my upbringing ., And of course the trickle down theory wich trickled in my general direction as of course naturally was intended by design . sshhhh lol .
Hey Stevo, I am originally from Jamaica and when I dreamt about becoming a missionary pilot here in the Philippines, I started with xplane 10 and I found your channel because of those flights you did with the caravan to Bahamas. Long post short 2yrs later I made it through flight school, flew 187 patients and 530hrs TT. I am now Instrument Rated a few weeks ago. Your channel helped me a lot along my journey. Thank you very much, God bless.
Love watching your videos they bring some sun in are lives wily we are in lockdown in the UK I can’t wait to get back flying to my favourite place Jamaica 🇯🇲
Hey Steveo, I experienced that same static nosies as well on a flight I was recording, and I realized my portable solar battery charger was causing it. After unplugging it from the gopro, it went away. I switched to a new portable battery charger, but have had a chance to use it yet. Love your videos. Helps me out a lot. Keep them coming.
Thanks for having us with you SteveO... always good to fly and learn with you! Joe here from Orlando Florida! “My best part on all your videos is when you say “how’re you guys doing....(pause)...... great, Glad to hear!” Cracks me up!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Great way to kickoff a cold weekend in Ohio watching a SteveO video to the Bahamas! TBM preferred but I'll take any of your informative and entertaining shares! Sorry about your cloudy day but you could have 20 degrees and snow!! C'mon up!
👍🏼....Excellent flight Steveo.. Unique view between cloud layers...Very smooth relaxing flight despite the wind and cloud coverage...Excellent Resort looks like it will be a relaxing few days...Take care Steveo....Enjoy 🍹⛱️☀️..I love theTBM..
As I look up from the computer and gaze outside to the 2 feet of snow, a tear starts to fall from my eye. I slowly look back at the computer and say to myself, "Why did I click on this video knowing full well where the ending will be........"
Absolutely, the Triangle is undoubtedly the source of the static! I am sure Foreflight is working on an anti-static patch right now :) Thanks for another fun video. Take care . . . oh, and count one vote for the TBM.
This is one of my favorite sim routes. The other is San Juan Luis Munoz to St Marteen Princess Juliana. The video is nicely done. You defiantly have a better view out of your window than most.
I also love the Van. It can carry a ton and will get in and out most fields. Big thing was fueling, over wing fueling because it is a very tall aircraft. So do have the single point fueling option but will not top off. If I am wrong let me know. Love the videos . Fly up to KGMU sometime and Ill take you out to lunch.
If I had my pick, I'd be in the TBM. Not only is it faster than the caravan, but in my opinion it is a really sleek looking aircraft and looks like it's a blast to fly. Although that could just be pilot skill ;)
For the record, thumbs up was not just because the stall horn was annoying. Gotta say, must be nice flying a TP where you don't worry about making sure you stop facing the wind to keep the engine cool!
"This is way better than a 9-5 desk job"
Ow! Kicked me right in the deskjob!
wife: why havnt you been cleaning?
me: ive been to Nassau today, with SteveO
Caravan=station wagon. TBM=Porsche Cayenne Turbo. No contest. Awesome videos Stevo; just started following and am going through the archives.

I’m training for my ppl, and your vids help
I find myself flying the TBM in FS2020 more than any other plane. Definitely a favorite.
same!
It's funny. I feel so at home in that plane.
Year late but same here. I cant tell you how many times ive flown in MSFS2020 out of Florida east coast out to the Bahamas.
That´s the same to me, actually I really enjoy flying the TBM in flightsim.

Passed my Checkride out of KFXE the day this was uploaded 🎉
Look at all these uncovered tourists! an oldie but goodie from a flight, looks like, exactly 1 year ago. (the chart cycle from Dec 27 2019 gave it up lol.)
11:20 you can see condensation rings from the tips of the propeller blades scooting by at the bottom of the frame out the window
Good catch! I was going to comment on that but always look at existing comments before posting. So cool seeing those. 👍
The ambassador is back at his destination point. I can't get enough of this torquoise water on approach, beautiful. Thanks for the bumpy ride SteveO, that was fun. Greetings from freezing Germany, Andy.
My job requires me to stay 2 nights at a motel 6 in Nowhere, MO in a polar vortex... Steve, you' re living the dream, My Man!
I'm right here with ya brother. Lake of the Ozarks...... 17 degrees and getting colder.
@@LOTODroneGuy made it to Kansas City, MO and it's currently 3 degrees wind-chill is -15

Has your boss ever watched one of your videos to see how much you love that airplane and what a great job you do posting content?
Caravan is great, but TBM is the fav for sure hands down. We need to see some TBM 940 flights ! Good job....
Only if he gets to keep registered #N851TB on the new one..... or N951TB...
Great to see a flight back to the Bahamas again, been a long time...too long. Your videos in the caravan is what motivated me to make our 1st flight to the Bahamas!!

2:22 - Saw it, smashed it. Nice touch!
My vote goes TBM! Would love to see some 940 flights if possible. Have a great weekend!
Absolutely my favorite Single engine Turboprop is the TBM 940.
It is. I like the traditional tail as opposed to the T tail. Exceptions to P1D😁

"Can't let the airplane have all the fun" - good one!
This is so awesome. A beautiful view of my country from high up in the skies.

TBM my favorite for sure. Love the speed and altitude capabilities.
Steveo If you see this, Thanks for your content, I helps in these current times. Be well, all the best and fly safe.

Brilliant pilot and airplane, thanks a lot for this short but dreamful flight, cheers from snowy northern France !
Like the information about flying. Seeing the sights is a added bonus. Add more fun footage like that. Subscribed!
That is quite a resort......enjoyed the flight over too.....greetings from Townsville, Australia.
May sound weird... but I’ve learned a lot from your videos and they’ve helped me control my anxiety when flying. You da man Steve keep em coming!!
Nice, buttery smooth landing on a windy day!
Always good to have you back home in the 242 kinevo
..a quick look... back in time...of how it used to be...this is one of my favorites...
an oldie..but an often-watched goodie..
The TBM is an amazing aircraft. Most people don't that it will out preform any aircraft in it's one categories but also smaller or mid size jets. Cost comparison is the first. Fuel . Space and Speed.

Miss my Nassau trips... the crew (Vashiti, Ranger, Cookie, &. Donnie) at Odyssey are always so helpful. Hopefully we will be flying back there soon.
Great video! Glad to hear you are still flying the 940.
Maybe TBM could connect the stall warner to gear pressure switches on future models so it is disabled when on the ground...
Caravan is my favorite. Only flown in one once in the right seat. We had a pair of Wiplines on it.
SteveO! Killing productivity at my work on a Friday morning!! 😂😂😂
I'm from the bahamas lol I work to the airport I allways look to see when he is here or watch the videos or look for the plane love it
As a CO resident, I always love living vicariously through Stevo’s warm South Florida adventures.
Greetings from Germany we love your flights in a TBM 850
Heck before I even watch the 1st second of the video I am clicking the thumbs UP. I think I got a tan even with that tropical overcast sky. As always may you have safe travels and continue to have the time of your life.
Wow! Very nice Steveo. Especially enjoyed approach shots a your tour at the end. Thanks for sharing.

"This is kind of like my hood" favorite line of the video
Matthew Miller lmao I lost it bro

An Awesome episode Steve; the controller greeting at Miami departure was a great moment indeed.
Cya, keep walking!!
Just over here living vicariously through your videos
I like how SteveO responds to the shoutouts - a very terse, “Hallo!” 😂

The only way I get to fly an aircraft is vicariously. Thanks for posting. Love your videos.
Always enjoy your videos Steve.
I flew in there 2017, very similar weather as well..great job....Dean from England
Thanks for having us with you SteveO... always good to fly and learn with you! Joe here from Orlando Florida! “My best part on all your videos is when you say “how’re you guys doing....(pause)...... great, Glad to hear!” Cracks me up!!!! 😂😂😂😂😂😂
Loved this flight Steveo into a beautiful island. Bet Val would have loved this one too!!
Doesn't matter if it's a C-150, A-380, or anything between... I LOVE THEM ALL!!! :-)
Thanks Mr SteveO for taking us along ;-)
Great way to kickoff a cold weekend in Ohio watching a SteveO video to the Bahamas! TBM preferred but I'll take any of your informative and entertaining shares! Sorry about your cloudy day but you could have 20 degrees and snow!! C'mon up!
TBM for sure
One of your best videos Steveo! I'll take a cloudy day in Nassau over work any day!
Cool flight and cool resort! Thanks for taking us along.
Currently flying the 208 and loving it but would not mind flying the TBM one day. Especially somewhere this nice
Great video as usual. I miss flying and this allows me to fly vicariously through your flights. Thanks
Wow ok been to Paradise Island but never been to this place.. I see this yours vacation. Thanks Steve!
Living the dream Steveo! Been following you since the beginning.
Wonderful video at the end of the resort...nice fly as usual
As I look up from the computer and gaze outside to the 2 feet of snow, a tear starts to fall from my eye. I slowly look back at the computer and say to myself, "Why did I click on this video knowing full well where the ending will be........"
A beautiful gateaway like mirage for the rest of us anyways, right? :)
Steveo Bahamas videos are always my favorites
I look like a great flight. That's one of the nicest resorts in the Caribbean. Keep it flying
It took me a second but I saw it in the asphalt. Workin' that algorithm for ya Stevo!
Spoiler alert.
Absolutely, the Triangle is undoubtedly the source of the static! I am sure Foreflight is working on an anti-static patch right now :) Thanks for another fun video. Take care . . . oh, and count one vote for the TBM.
Mate, that drone shot of the resort was insane. I've never seen anything like that. TBM all the way.

Nice to see you waiting until you're out of runway to put the gear up. So many pilots pull it up the second the wheels leave the ground!
Steveo makes it all seem so simple anyone could do it!
a good time was had by all. thanks for the ride
If I had my pick, I'd be in the TBM. Not only is it faster than the caravan, but in my opinion it is a really sleek looking aircraft and looks like it's a blast to fly. Although that could just be pilot skill ;)
I'm a flight simmer only, but I enjoy flying both planes. Totally different flight experience for both, each one's got their merits.
Thank you Steveo, starting my saturday watching your video it is a good thing.
Look forward to a TBM940 vid. ;) Love your channel.
It's amazing how different the world of 2019 was as compared to now. Great vid, as usual.
-15 in MT ....I needed this .Thanks Captain!
Hello from Nassau!🙂👋🏽 Thanks for paying us a visit!
Caravan is a nice jump ship love them, looks like TBM does not have enough space for skydivers. :)
For the record, thumbs up was not just because the stall horn was annoying. Gotta say, must be nice flying a TP where you don't worry about making sure you stop facing the wind to keep the engine cool!
That stall warning is definitely annoying when the wind sets it off on the ground. Glad you got through that and enjoyed the video! 👍🏼
Love your video. Love the breakdown of your instrumental panel..! I am an aviation fanatic..! ✈ Thank you for sharing. 👍
That resort looks amazing
Nice flight. That resort looks amazing mate! Big shout out from Australia.
