Wife and I are moving to Richmond early next year been looking around for a home we are unsure if to buy or rent first. I will be working south of Richmond any advice?
I could use more specifics such as what you are looking for, budget, cash available for the purchase, etc. BUT even if I had that info I usually recommend to rent first if you are unfamiliar with Richmond. Since you don't know what you don't know, renting will give you time to get to know the lay of the land and make a more informed decision about where you want to live and buy.
The VMFA is a gem. Love the other places too.
Would love to see the same type of video but focused more on children activities! Great video!
It's in the works!
