Asics makes great shoes for overpronation.. gt1000 and gt2000 are good budget oriented stability shoes… latest version gt2000-12 has Flytefoam Blast plus which is very comfortable.. you can also keep an eye out for kayano 30 which we should see at 50% off this sale season

I currently need a daily trainer to replace my Velocity Nitro 2s. I'm using the Noosa Tri 16 for tempo runs and the Deviate Nitro 2 for speedwork.

Uk sizing should be the same for both genders. You can try the shoe once it arrives. If it doesn’t fit properly then you can return it.
