I agree totally with the analysis. And may I add that even where there is a suspected over voting, the right thing to do would be for INEC to reschedule another voting. Cancellation equals disenfranchisement of the voters on those areas since there is no proof of the parties committing any fraud. Any infraction is entirely on INEC.
There was data issues in the centres Oyetola won. According to INEC presentation, it occurred in 1,050 polling units across the state which included where APC won too. The issue of over voting and the rest of them need to be critically reviewed. It sounds fishy. With the levels of collation (Ward, Local Government, State) that take place, all this issue of front and back ends should not arise. It is not possible to miss the exact result of any polling unit. For example, while the server is waiting to be populated, polling results can be announced via organized phone or Whatsapp call in the presence of voters. Let there be sanity.
Not exactly INEC never said BVAS does not require network For accreditation, there is no need for network It is the data already programmed into the BVAS that is used However, to upload results to INEC Server using the BVAS, you obviously need network

I hope ObiDatti agents are learning from these analyses and have their secret agents keep a stern eye on the voting processes on that day. Including gathering information on those that have been denied access to there PVC to make sure imposters do not use their PVC behind the scenes. ObiDatti have your secret agents on the alert because we desperately need yiu to get us out if these nightmares have been in .
Great analysis.
GOOD ANALYST 👍 BUT WHY DID THE JUGDES GOT IT WRONG 🤷♂️
You guys are doing good 👍👍👍👍👍👍
Same inec said you didn't need a strong network to transfer bvas.
I really love the analysis of that man, it's very clear that nothing like over voting by the fact of bvas, but I don't know when tribunal became or doing INEC job by their plus and minus.........
E Choke me oooooo
The issue of over voting and the rest of them need to be critically reviewed. It sounds fishy. If some presiding officers have failed to upload results, let them use existing list of all presiding officers to detect whose results are missing and fill them up since INEC has their contact details.
When you have so much Tanko Mohammed as judges. They're are far from 21st century tech. All judges need to do is bring expert to demonstrate bvac
Are u saying there was no over voting
Babajide is a guru..always solid and on point
If Adeleke later Lost at the appeal and supreme Court INEC should sue for the lack of merits
Seun please 🥺 Learn to be keeping quiet 🤐 to listen 👂. STOP 🛑 over Sabi Abeg 😂
Stop stressing yourself. The case is at appeal court
The best thing for both parties, is re election. Lets see who comes first
Wrong analysis again! How long does it takes before BVAS reports get to the back end server? APC got report from INEC after a month.
Peter obi our president 2023
professional system programmers should lead electoral process in Nigeria.
I thought INEC lied to Nigerian that the BVAS does not use Nigeria network, how manage there was delay in updated the results to the server ?
Not exactly
INEC never said BVAS does not require network
For accreditation, there is no need for network
It is the data already programmed into the BVAS that is used
However, to upload results to INEC Server using the BVAS, you obviously need network
APC JUST WANT TO REMAIN IN POWER BY ALL MEANS. THIS IS DAY LIGHT ROBBERY
Nigeria now has 100% internet penetration thanks to Elon Musk's Space X. Internet unavailability shouldnt be an excuse in this election. Great analysis👌
This is a shocking analysis of the description of BIVAS..saying."when he served in the NYSC about some teller bank payment", his brother half his age at 10 years old". Is this analysis based on BIVAS that reconciled numbers of accredited voters Versus numbers of voters after summation discovered that numbers of voters is greater than numbers accredited which simply means Over Voting has occurred..
It's a shocking analysis that has nothing to do with the issue at hand.
Oga analyst your analysis are completely whack and in subjudice as the case goes to appeal.
Total difference between the initial INEC BVAS report to APC is around 10,000 votes compared to final actual BVAS machine.
You lied that Adelekes strong areas where cancelled without stating the reasons as if Oyetola votes where not cancelled.
If in variance 10,000 was the error recorded against initial INEC backend BVAS report in a combined votes of 800,000 , apparently the tribunal is fairly right as against the minority judgement, Adelekes, and PDP claims.
You are partial and emotionally biased.
He is a PDP sponsored Analyst
Sigh...English and Understanding is truly a problem but when you are biased you would not see clearly quite obviously.Anaylst clearly explained the issue but you refuse to see.appafently APC targeted the PDP strong hold to make their case but guess what I can bet you if they decide to do a review of other LGAs even where Oyetola may have won initially you would be surprised to see the same issue exists, for as long as Data should be transmitted to back end server there would always be delays because we don't have one stop technology to ensure real time data movement now imagine across 36 states..hmmm
the matter is not over as all rigging by Inec will back fire
@@seunfaj4829 You are right
The Analyst returned yesterday to say that there were discrepancies between BVAS data and Server data in more than half of the polling units
APC got the BVAS report from INEC one month after the election. The question is why did INEC give an incomplete BVAS report to APC?
To me, Babajide's analysis is only an academic exercise, period!
"Academic exercise" won the case for Adeleke at the appeal court, anonymously
Don't you know Presidential election results are still being uploaded?
Two thief's stole in a game. One took d trophy, another got angry n went to court. Court decided that since the one who took d trophy stole too much it should be given to d one who stole less. That is d kind of justice practiced in Nigeria.
Paid ramshackle tribinal, if this tribunal found that there were overvoting on both sides .Then re-run ! And do physical head count
Thank God you agreed that law is different from mathematics or arithmetics. As far as election is concerned, all information must be completed before a winner must be declared. If INEC staff transmit votes and fail to do so for accreditation and with that a winner was declared, that declaration sheet remains the authentic election report.
Let them cancel osun election and rerun. How can over. Voting be transfer into the data.
Brilliant Analysis!
Your data analysis is not complete. You did not analyze the total number of votes counted and compare it with the BVAS physical counts. The variance analysis will show whether there is overvoting or not.
The fact is they are not even supposed to say anything because the case is in the court. It is so obvious and unnecessary you can tell this is PDP tactics!!!
''the total number of votes counted'' is irrelevant since only what the BVAsS recorded is needful. If BVAS recorded 100 voters, any count of votes above 100 is wasted.
@@ppassman7439 What the data analyst is saying does not make sense, even Adeleke and INEC brought in their own forensic expert and data analyst, all admitted to over voting. He is just talking nonsense. Adeleke Admit over voting at the tribunal. So after two weeks of completing elections, this guy is saying data has not yet been uploaded into the server.? Even when it clearly stated that Bivas suppose to upload result in real-time, which means no network is needed to upload. Oyetola ask for Bivas report after two weeks of announcement of results.
@@faladeadebanjo their r diff btw datas collected from bvas and backend
@@faladeadebanjo it doesn't make sense if you're not a database engineer.
I beg, this explanation is too lengthy. Over voting ha been recorded by Inec. why not wait till the server correspond to BVAS result before announcing the winner.
Inec should be blamed
after Appeal court judgment, I believe you're to be blamed
Where's the over-voting?
Someone explained something clearly, yet you're still forming strong head
Maybe INEC officials should learn how the BVAS work very carefully please , At least before announcing the result of any elections. Because this a very very terrible mistake . Why did it has to take this long to detect the mistake ?
Seun keep quiet 🤫 jo
He's just interrupting
His analysis is no different from that which is meant for elementary KG1 pupils!
Babajide Otitoju @tvc news should come and learn from person wey still get oil for brain that is functioning properly not the yeye analysis he and his colleagues are peddling on tvc about the BVAS and over voting in Osun.
The analyzer knows his onus.
The data you're talking about are numbers and not videos bother. Stop looking for what ain't lost.
If you brother is half your age when you 10year than he will be helf your age when you are still 40years
The north has high number of anything when it comes election. But few banks , with high revenue from the fed, high fed structure, yet contribute little
The north has more numbers because of their marriage laws and underage voting too
Even as good as this man's analysis was, he fumbled by given an incomplete analysis of vote counting. He should tell people about other votes which are also counted asides from that of BIVAS machine. That is, those that made use of FORMS due to one case or the other.
This is terrible on a national TV program! This is how people spread information despite being a vital information that can make or mar the the society @ large!
Perhaps he forgot to....
Banana Republic 🥲
Adeleke win,nothing to talk again
Keep quiet. You aren't the judge. Wait for the Supreme Court.
Tribunal declare rubbish judgement
You just dey play since you are full of emotions
I don't support and believe your annlylises. What you're saying is that it will take a month for the BVAS to upload figures to back end? No! This isn't true. It doesn't take BVAS more than mins to do that.
Let them go to the court and explain their brilliant analysis to the judge.😁
So from where did INEC get the results that was announced? Useless analysis
This is unprofessional, why should the Channel TV be discussing what’s in the court?
How dull can a human be.....you're a Nigeria and you don't want to learn what happens in your courts.
Just dey play
Why are they called Analyst?

Unprofessional to thieves like una but very very professional to the common man (masses)
Funny failures looking for validation. The case is now at the apeal court and then to supreme. Osun is not different from other states
The analysis was far deceitful and incorrect. Channels and seun should be seriously mindful of the bias in their reporting. Channels can never operate in a civil society. Apart from Nigeria where there are no laws.
You're the only one deceitful here. Simple analysis your brain can't comprehend
INEC / Adeleke won 3-0 at the appeal court, hold the you bvm
Anyhow, Adeleke's mandate must not be toiled with. He remains the winner of Osun's election. A good ground to prove it at the court of appeal and by extension, Supreme Court.

Think analyst thinks the judges are dumb. In the first place they ordered for BVAS machine. If you think they didn't contact experts before passing their judgement then you must be really ignorant Besides, in the court of law, judgements are passed based on evidence and the law not analyst opinion
What is evidence? How did Aregbesola win his case at the courts? Was it not via the evidence of a data analyst who demonstrated that the number of votes recorded in some places could not be possible based on the average time it took for one voter to complete the voting process?
