I did not know this is already releasing this month. Thought it would be later this year I'm super happy with it! The first one was amazing!
I'm glad geralt is spreading out his amazing voice
As someone who also isn't a fan of parry mechanics I'd say the parry window in Tails of Iron is pretty generous. You don't even have to time it perfectly. As long as Arlo is performing the parry animation when an enemy's attack connects it will be successfully parried.
Another attack type that the game doesn't really talk about are the ones indicated by a red circle. These are very powerful attacks that cannot be dodged OR parried. When you see that indicator immediately get far away from the enemy or you'll risk taking a ludicrous amount of damage.
Even with how generous it is I still die/get hot alot lol.
They explained it better in the first game they are like an area of effect that you just need to be out of the way of.
Since you mentioned Redwall... Assssmodeussss
The spear is one of if not the oldest weapon and its one of my favorites right next with axes
I've been waiting for this game to come out and now I'm excited for following videos from you 😄
Oh, i didn't know they made a second.
Yippee.
My instincts from playing the first game for healing & shooting didn’t mesh well with them being swapped, but I swapped them back myself & it was right as rain for the rest of the game
Whenever I play single player games, my first playthrough is on the easiest difficulty so I can get the story and learn the maps and tricks or in-game gimmicks. The second playthrough, I crank the difficulty all the way up and proceed to hate myself for the next few hours 😂
The story this time gives me heavy A Song of Ice and Fire vibes.
Goes to buy arrows -> buys more bows
But how else do you shot bow?
Clearly you use the arrow to fire the bows.
The original game was made with Unity and so they used a 3D engine to make a 2D game and this allowed them to do great parallax and some 3D effects (I liked the lighting the most) so I suppose that this game is made the same way
Nice to see Geralt expanding his career diversity.
same people as darkest dungeon? the art and narrator remind me of it like crazy
Just finished the platinum trophy, fun game!
Hey a little tip for anyone who wanders apon this if you missed it during the tutorial you can shield bash to parry before they hit you
I find that out on the Regis' tail. Although I suck at te combat, not yet figureout how to kick that double swordsman + archer combo after I kick the frog from the destroyed red fort
Garbage hands is fine. Personally I fond those videos more about showcase than showing how hard the game can slap you. As a souls fan I understand how parrying can not seem worth learning. Some games I do it, some it just takes too much time to memorize parry windows.
I cant find merlyn...and the glasses..almost on the final stage..great game
cool, rodent geralt as narrator
Sequel released today? Why did 3 games i want have to share a release date?
If you don’t mind me asking: which games?
@K1ntakat Tails of Iron 2, Eternal Strands, and Orcs Must Die! Deathtrap
Spent awhile playing yesterday anyone find the golden spectales or the fishing rod
Insert More shouting meme please please
Never played the first one. No with base building on the second one ? Ok you have my attention
Compared to the first game this is pretty bad
