I went through that same struggle when I was 19-20. It was crushing. I felt like I did everything right and didn't get what I needed. If it means anything,I'm living proof it works out. Part of my issue was looking for my fortune in a certain form. With what you do, keep getting it out there. The more you do,the ore you learn,and trust me, SOMEONE sees it abd appreciates it. When the time comes,you'll be happy you didn't lose yourself or your desire.
A lot of opportunities come from someone's vision. Being passed over often means they just had another way they wanted to go. I'm a huge believer in what's for us finding us. Someone you wanted to work with wil remember you when the time is right. You'll get to do things other people will wish was theirs.
Earlier this year I lost a job I'd been negotiating since last fall. It was a good show and more money than I've ever made. Turns out they have weird A.I. policies,and some lacking knowledge. Now I'm somewhere I love so much it's like I could have written it myself. The time will come. You are on your way. You have the potential and more. Trust that. It won't seem like it. Even in my life I always think it's over,but it's not.
