Hi Genevieve, my husband and I are wondering what supplements your husband took before conceiving? I'm currently going through my second consecutive miscarriage, I'm hopeful I won't go through a third but trusting Jesus no matter what. So great to know you love Jesus, we do too! He has blessed both our families immensely Thank you for all the really useful content you post, it's helped us lots xx
Miscarriages are mostly happen coz of woman's system inside. Man's sperm can successfully enters into woman's egg it means the man doesn't need help he is ok...the problem occurring in woman's body.
Hi Genevieve. How many mcgs are in the kelp supplements you took? What are your thoughts on how much iodine is safe during pregnancy? There are a lot of different recommendations. Thank you
I take: MEGA FLORA (baby & me 2) Probiotics. Vegan Omega-3. Ritual Prenatal. Vitamin C. B-12. Zinc. Future Kind Calcium. and spirulina. I have a video on my channel for the supplements I take. .... I wonder about the iodine as well, If I take any additional iodine I think it would be too much because my prenatal has enough. I don't take an extra iron supplement, I get it from pepitas, and other natural vegan foods.
Ive been struggling to take my cod liver oil. If I remember I’ll take it up to 4 times a week. Then I have day I forget.. will my baby be ok..? I’m barely eating fish because I have a weird living situation where I do t always have control of what I choose to eat:(
VSL3 did exactly nothing for me, I find that really funny, because I have taken probiotics at much lower concentration with good, quantifiable outcome.
Different probiotics definitely work differently for different people--we all have such different gut flora it may take several tries before you find the perfect one for you!
Mama can you please make a video for what vitamins your children take? Or what do you recommend? I was at Whole Foods and did know what to buy my toddler. Thank you in advance 🙏🏻❤️ great video!!!!!
If you are getting the recommended daily amount in your prenatals, and eating a healthy, nutritious diet, then no, you shouldn't have to supplement any further.
Baby and me 2 made me nauseous. I like vitamin code raw prenatal because it contains ginger and probiotics already, so i only take that plus fish oil. No need for so many supplements that will overwhelm you or you will forget to take.
What if I don’t have a gallbladder? Will that cause any harm? Or anything you recommend since I do not have it? Thank you in advance and I just love your videos! 😍
Anytime you have had your gallbladder removed, you do process certain nutrients differently. You should consult with your doctor first before trying any supplements!
Hi how are you i hope to get a quick response, my fiancé is 5 months pregnant and is feeling sick, she said she feels like she starting to get the flu or something, do you recommend anything for her to take that is natural and won’t be harmful to her or the baby
She can take a lot of different supplements that are safe for pregnancy--magnesium and Vitamin C may help! I would recommend clearing anything she's taking with her doctor first.
@@mamanatural I would steer clear of cod liver oil while pregnant as it contains too much vitamin A (retinol) which can be harmful to your baby and cause some birth defects. Its well documented on the NHS website
@@hazelsmith5674 that goes for huge amounts of synthetic retinol. Natural retinol as fund in ruminant liver, cod liver, grass-fed butter, egg yolk, and the eyes of fish is literally one of the most important nutrients for pregnancy - especially when taken with vitamin D, which is also found in large amounts in natural cod liver. So make sure that you use cod liver that does not contain syntehtic retinol (that is quite common, unfortunately) and it is a treat for mother and baby both.
There is little to no research done on herbal supplements, but chamomile is traditionally thought to be safe in pregnancy--as always, at user discretion ;-)
@@mamanatural I lost three babies in early 2000s from preclampsia and some birth defects...I after 18 years decided to give it a shot again but I'm older now. What vitamins to take? Folic acid is a must..
@@randomthings4813 there is very little research on this but I honestly believe it helped with a healthy full term pregnancy after multiple miscarriages. I took NAC once a day. Talk to your doctor of course but it made a difference for me. I’m currently pregnant again and I’m taking it. 20 weeks to go
@@tiggerific007 Yes but my doctor said it’s perfectly safe. I’m on 1 pill a day 600mg. Only side effect I get here and there is a bit of heartburn but when I have it with food I’m alright.

How did you now about the nutrient deficient soil 5 years ago?! And what do you think about it now is it real ? Should we be scared?

Grass Fed Beef organs capsules be considered as prenatals?
Those may contain the iron you need but they do not contain all of the nutrients you’ll need for pregnancy.
