My invention is a simple and inexpensive technology of PET bottles recycling - into useful thermal and sound insulation roll that I call YevLar. This eco technology is designed to clean the environment and at the same time to minimize the cost of heating, by using YevLar rolls. This material is more environmentally friendly than polystyrene, mineral or glass wool. It can be used for all heat and sound insulation purposes in any climatic conditions, because maintains its properties in a wide temperature range from -70 to +70 Celsius degrees. Syne It is fireproof material, because it does not support combustion and self-extinguishes after exposure to direct flame. Well, the most important that the process is enough robust and efficient, even our primitive installation due to its characteristics allows to process even muddy flex and not become clogged. Доброго дня ! Шикарная установка. Я пытаюсь сделать что нибуть подобное. Собрал экструдер шнек 55мм длинна 900мм двигатель, редуктор 4квт ,частотник,три зоны нагрева ,подача горячего воздуха.Выточили насадку по принципу краскопульта. Ивроди все нормально но на выходе ковбудто реальная вата. Очень мало прозрачных волосков . Подскажите пожалуйста в чем может быть причина .Ведь у Вас наверняка было что то подобное.

Дмитрий чуда тут ни какого нет, это просто лабораторная экспериментальная установка. Для реального производства необходим настоящий экструдер мощностью хотя бы 50-100 кг/час.

Thank you for your interest to my invention. As you can see the recycling processes is very simple . I'm sure you'll find compressor and extruder in your place much cheaper then we can make and send it to you.
Or even you can make you own extruder based on the volume of production required.
We only sell jets to get fiber.
The small jet for «back yard machine» - 200$, or we will make it for your options.

Удалось ли вам избавиться от брака. Капель. И как? Из за них ломаются иглы. При производстве иглопробивного геотекстиля.
если дуть на струю будут капли, нужно применять принцип эжекции
@@oleksandryevstafyev тогда очень сильно падает производительность. Придется расплав пропускать через фильеру. С диаметром отверстий 0.4мм . Может проще применить центробежный способ получения волокна. Предварительно пропустив через экструдер.
да нет, производительность при ижекции не падает диметр выходно отвестия может измерятся в миллиметрах а не в микронах. При ротационном способе очень трудно поддерживать ровномерную густоту расплава. И зазор между верхней и нижней крышкой барабана быстро забиваеться. Но если работать на первичке или очень хорошо отмытом флексе с загрязнением менее 100ппм на тонну, можно применять и ротационный барабан.
