I m really hoping he is the kind of guy who just wants to coach and puts in 25 years at Ohio State but he could do whatever he wanted to, amazing coach!
I like what you said about developer Look what he did with Michael Thomas, Terry McLaurin - 3 star WRs! Look what he has done with Jaxson Smith so far( 5 star)He’s just getting started.
Great interview and spot on questions and comments. Buckeye Nation hopes Brian will be our next head coach when Ryan is done. He needs to stay a Buckeye, we love him in Ohio.

It's easy to see why kids want to play and developed by Coach Hartline. Oh and by the way this interview will help even more when Brian Hartline is Recruiting.
It’s such a feather in his cap that he’s gained the skill of talent/player evaluation. On top of that, he’s a good teacher of technique. He could blossom into an Urban Meyer type coach if he greatly progresses
Wow as a former athlete it's no wonder this guys having so much success. Regardless of which sport you've played we've all had coaches that didn't necessarily "coach" you persay. They could only say things like "good" or "catch it, faster, block, move your feet" or scream at you when you messed up but were unable to articulate why you made the mistake, how to correct it, and how do it consistently. Consistency is the key to long term success, sounds cliche but a FACT. If you're a WR looking to be developed and make it to the league why would you go anywhere other than OSU or Bama? Those are the 2.
True but there are a lot of former players who were just good because they were huge/athletic. They dont necessarily know how to coach fundamentals. The best coaches are probably former players who were like walk ons who had to work super hard and be fundamentally sound.
@@thomasclark7254 For now.. Until a school offers him 50mill maybe even more. might be a different story. As an Ohio State fan I hope he stays but we’ll see..
@@austinslarb6124 50 mil to do what he’s not gonna get hired as a head coach by someone who can afford 50 mill. He might get an offer to be an OC at a low level power 5 school but OSU can pay him more and he’s a buckeye he has a young family in Columbus and has a stacked room until at minimum 2026
@@austinslarb6124 Typically don’t go from Wr coach to HC and if so it’s not going to be for 50 million. ND tried to get him. Osu can continue to add titles and responsibilities to his resume to pay him more and let him grow. Some guys love “coaching” you don’t coach much as HC.
Brian Hartline is the talk of the town right now

Hartline is the man in recruiting, coaching, and development.
Brian Hartline is, hands down, the best assistant in the nation!
Never realized how intelligent Coach Hartline is. Easy to see why kids want to play for him.
greatest WR coach and developer of all-time, and it's not even close.

God loves Brian Hartline. He also watches the Buckeyes.

That was awesome!
Solid stuff indeed. That said, NFL should be ashamed of all the ads in this video. Yea, I know, you can skip. What if you are away from your device...
They've named several former Ohio State players in NFL during their leading up to discussion b4 Hartline
Best In America!!
He will be the future head coach at osu.
The BAL offense hasn’t been the same since Marshall Yanda retired.
It’s hard to replace the 2010’s RG GOAT….

As an Ohio State fan my biggest fear is Coach Hartline leaving for a OC or HC position. Terrified
He doesn’t want to

He doesn’t appear to want to be a HC
OSU will make him an OC if he wants to be
Brian Hartline was really good when he was on the dolphins. I hope he becomes a great coach on the NFL.
No sir. He needs to stay at Ohio St his whole career. 😂
Don't worry Ohio State would have to fire him for him to leave and that will never happen
Nice one
That's a cool MFr! Go Bucks!
