Holy Cow! That new Robot Scorpion is funny to play but at the same time causing extreme chaos on the battlefield if you ask me.
*Ps.: I made a mistake when saying that you can jump onto a friendly Phantom. That - you can't do since you can only teleport to enemies.*
I now also know the real stats of the robot on this test server.. They are as followed:
Ability Duration: 15 Seconds
Ability Cooldown: 18 Seconds
Ability Range: 500m
Defence Points In Ability: 100 (around 50% resistance)
Build-in gun range: 100m
Build-in gun shot interval: 1 sec
Build-in gun damage: 670 per shot

I think this is rather balanced and wont be able to destroy all robots, but it will likely get a buff. However, maxed scorpians against low champion league players wont be fun. Also this seems like a nerf to scourge/calamity/spark

The real campers are Ao Juns and Leeches waiting for their cooldows behind the cover. Scorpion was design to kill current meta, but as a collateral damage it will kill any ranged play. You can forget behemoths and furies after scorpion comes out.
There are no such things as campers on yamantau. Snipers died a long time ago.
Also its resistence should only be 40 percent cooldown must be 20 secs and the range should only 350 to 400, 500 is a bit too much
350 meters, Shorter active time, 25 cooldown, 35% resistance, Only needs 2x Medium weapon, Should be as fast as Carnage(when their ability is active)
And then the duration 10 secs
@Master Saitama for that you could use your own sniper instead and also the sniping requires more skill than just tapping 2 buttons and finishing the job. Sniping requires target priority and number 1 priority are enemy snipers if possible with this bot they might as well delete other ranged weapons

My honest opinion about this bot(I mostly wrote this on Aygirs video):
To be honest, it's a lot less worse than I thought it would be.
Unlike Leech, you can shoot at it while it still has 90% resistance without any allies dying, and it goes down way faster than I expected, so they probably changed that.
They do have to tweak it here and there, since the teleportation causes massive lag spikes by the look of things.
It's also rather strong with phase shift, so the ability needs to be active for a shorter period of time and the cooldown needs to be longer.
What I've learned from your video, Manni, is that this bot can be extremely deadly when used in organised squads.
No, it's not too much for us to handle. Hell, we had the exact same reaction when Ares and Leech came out, and now they fall like flies if you exploit their weaknesses.
It'll be the same for this bot. Even better, I'll list all the counters I've seen:
-The freeze effect can remove part of its resistance
-Death Mark can remove part of its resistance
-Titans just delete this bot
-Area of effect abilities, like Stove, Blast Wave and Helldive counter this bot, since it pops up right behind you
-It's extremely weak when its ability isn't active, making things like Hydra, Zenit and Scorpion itself viable counters
-Even with high resistance, you make a grave mistake by popping up into a group of enemies
-Corrosion builds like Viper Ao Jun burn right through the resistance
-There's a glitch which makes it possible for you to not be able to teleport back to safety because it takes 3 seconds to teleport, so sometimes you're just screwing yourself by using it too late
-Tanks can easily outlast the ability
I can say, fully convinced, that this bot is a really fun bot, and really deadly if you can use it correctly by picking off enemies who are on their own.
Hell, this thing will be the ultimate kill stealer in FFA, but I do not think it will impact the meta as hard as Leech did when it hit the live servers.
A skilled player will easily take down this bot.
But that's why I like it so much. It has an ability with amazing potential, but it also has a lot of weaknesses. It's really strong when used correctly, just like Strider.
This is not an overpowered bot. It's a skill bot.

Manni, I can be ok with the teleport in, but...it needs to be more restricted and THE PLAYER SHOULD NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO SELECT WHEN TO WARP BACK. The ability should warp you in for the duration and the player is stuck there for the duration, and will auto warp out when the ability ends. Kind of like the jump on griffin or spectre, purple shields, leech, etc. With all those bots listed, the ability was determinant, you could understand how it worked, since it is a fixed ability, and you could learn how to bait their ability with skill. If scorpion ability is just a trigger and the pilot has to deal with the warp in result for the duration of the ability, then it seems more skill based when to go in. Pilot warps into a bad spot, they have to deal with it. The way it is now, they can just warp out of mistakes, that is what makes the bot too OP. Players dont have to pay for their mistakes, hence it is a no skill bot on when to use the ability, no consequences.

This scorpion robot is insane though. If this gets to the live server with no adjustment, then nowhere will be safe. I think maybe they should lower the resistance and maybe the range. It would be chaos. This is the result of a leech and a phantom having a child. And yeah the targeting system does need to be fixed

I've use before storm, halo and Avengers then they nerfed all of them. Lucky for me I won Ravana so I can still use storm but in short range battle i've got alot of laggs so shooting this without miss is realy difficult but even with lag's and upgraded weapons and robot on lvl 9/10 i still can feel that is overpowered

Make it shoot a projectile around the speed of cerberus
And if the projectile hit then only can the teleportation work

Pixonic pushed a lot of players away from the game with leech and titans, this thing could be the final nail in the coffin.
Interesting point... I also thought that Pix wanted to add skill to the game. I feel like they said that in one of the Dev Streams somewhere. With this you dont really need much skill. Just knowing how your ability works.
Maybe remove the light weapon and leave it on the level of the nemesis.

I reckon it should just have the 2 mediums cause being able to instantly appear behind an enemy is very powerful for close range weapons plus itll just look better without the light weapon

Second battle was a defeat not because of the titans but because nobody healed anybody and there wasn't any teamwork.
A very good point my friend. So you notice that too. It's Pixonic's new money grab. Don't care if brakes the game. As if titans wasn't bad enough. There so much chaos on the field, teamwork is permanently out the window.

Hey manni, love your content. I had one question I have recently made a falcon and wanted to ask what would work best on it. Can you please make a video or just reply me back?
Falcon works great with something like Glory, Avenger, Ember or Atomizer in the middle - things that do good damage for a longer time as brawler and then burst damage weapons on the outer sides like Glacier, Exodus or even Thermites with a bit of tactical play. You gotta be careful when using your ability because it also makes you vulernable but well played its a beast. And if you prefer the T-Falcon with the Traditionalist Skill as Pilot - then you only need the middle weapon that could be either of the ones I named above as middle slots.

KIRB S T O M P E D I’m calm, and I don’t mean to sound alarmist or like chicken little, my bad. Just from talking to other players, many are already really frustrated with the game and ready to quit. One more OP bot will push those players over the edge. Many quit over Ao Jun. Many quit over the Ao Jun nerf. Many quit over Leech. Some are quitting over Ravana. And some have quit over Ao Ming. I hope to see this nerfed some before it goes live. We did test a nerfed Leech and then it went live it was as OP as when we first tested it. The other part of the equation is pilot skills and unintended consequences which is what really happened with Leech. I expect the Scorpion to be similar in that while the bot may not be OP, pilot skills will change that. The huge divide between pay to win and free to play gets bigger with bots like this and that frustration is what leads to players leaving. Among other things I suppose. I don’t mean to cry wolf here, that wasn’t my intention.

Maybe weaken its damage while ability is active so its a firepower for defence

yes but it have a weakpoint it cant cap a beacon fast as phantom if enemy not get to a beacon first

Manni-Gaming when is the test for iOS coming?
Hahaha you should tell them, they will make it a titan in the next update, except the skill will have 1200 range and instant kill with no cooldown, then it will teleport back to where it was. I want to see how far pix will go just to kill the game. They do this becuase they have made enough money from this game alone, now they will kill this game and start the whole process over with their new game Dino squad.

Just my opinion:
1) Scorpion should’t be able to teleport back so it gonna be the oposite play style skill with phantom
2) Skill rage should be 300m instead 500m
3) Increase in-built weapon power but not have active module (cz of phase shift) so it gonna be like an assassin robot type
