I never actually thought this would work on Dagon because of the range of these weapons - I was very wrong though and glad I tested this setup. Which other robots would you like to see these weapons on? I'm thinking any kind of teleport robots it would work well on - Scorpion, Revenant, Demeter but maybe also faster moving tanks like Hellburner, Shell?
Maybe robots like hmm invader? Since u can incursion,suppression and fire weapons and invader is very very very tanky
@@Void_7778 That might actually be a good combo. These weapons would probably do better than the Ultimate Halo and Corona too but the 100m range would be challenging especially with Invader.
Maybe try those on Scorpion, Considering Shenlou is a scorpion on steroids, I think Zapper Scorpion might do great.

Those Zappers have a huge clip size and keeps firing for a pretty long time. When it inevitably gets nerfed, I hope its not the damage they nerf, just the clip size. I believe the Harpoons and now those Zappers should be the most hard hitting weapons by virtue of their super limited range.
Yes. I think maybe the clip size needs to be reduced but also maybe looking at how it charges the mothership. Being that you can hit multiple players it shouldn't be allowed to charge up a mothership fast.
The damage could be slightly nerfed but if they take it to shock train levels of nerf..... Like they have been historically doing to everything else......
@@Tom_H694 Definitely not Shocktrain nerf. Being that this weapon only has a 100m range it should be strong since you're putting yourself in a high risk situation to get that damage.

Adrian I highly suggest you to try out fortifier modules on the dagon. I believe it’ll work out amazing

When i saw these weapons being released i wondered… I really do think pixo forgot the dagon was a thing because i see this build being the meta not the scorpion 2.0 that damage is insane and the dagon has what it takes to get in close with its shield.
Something tells me we might see a speed nerf and maybe even shield nerf to Dagon after seeing what was capable with these weapons.
@adrianchong It's wrong to nerf the Dagon purely based off of one set up that's available to it. It should be the weapon that receives the nerf. But.....we're dealing with Pixonic here so.....
@@terra2805 That's true although it isn't just one set of weapons. If you look at how it performs even with say Blight or Magnetars it's quite scary. If they nerf the Shifang then I would expect nerfs to Blight, Magnetars and other weapons where it's performing really well.

I dont see these weapons as "broken" they have a 100 meters range only literally how to survive is, stay 101 meters away from the robot with those weapons, if its on a teleporting bot that's a different story. With only 100 meters range i feel like these weapons are perorming maybe a little high but either way this build did insanely well and was really fun to watch
I think the damage is still too high or maybe the clip size too big. I would also maybe look at the mothership charge on these weapons - as it stands they're very powerful on Dagon but remember we're also running 6 of them.

Now that you say it the charge speed is way to fast also yes the damage needs to be nerfed but i dont think thw clip size does
Insane levels of damage. Stealth is no defence, nor is flight without a shield like Imugi for example. If you're within 100m you're dead pretty much.
Should light weapons (yes, even six of them) be capable of taking down Titans like that?!!
Luchador, Rook, Minos, Sirius, Newton, they ALL fell within seconds to this set up. That is absolutely insane and makes no sense at all.

Damn i came across this setup in ffa last night and was pretty tough but i run a spark nether and easily fried him up then he did the usual noob play and brought out the noobton and wrecked my hanger 🤬

Dude, its not Adrian its Pixinic who'll force you to buy new stuff by simply nerfing your current hangar to ground and pairing you against players who have this new Meta Gear.
What you gonna do when they'll deal a ton of damage to you with this new stuff while you'll only be able to "TICKLE" them with your old and nerfed equipment.
Well if you do not get to the new weapons the ones that you already have will get nerfed remember what happened to glory?
@@feisty8 I think a lot of times it's a combination of both match making, changing meta but also from the players' side clans pushing their players to spend and the emotion of anger.
I saw a video recently by a TH-camr who looked into why players rage quit and the monetization behind that. He actually made a lot of sense too. If you look at most games, the players consist of males. Males in general don't handle their emotions well and they especially don't handle anger well. This means if there is an angry player they're actually more likely to spend - whether it be in-app purchases for power or maybe even hardware like a new PC or mobile device. Basically anything to give them that edge because it's more of a battle of egos.
In terms of War Robots I remember when I use to play with Clan VØX we would hear horror stories from players who were in other S-ranked clans where they were kicked out for not having meta. This isn't really Pixonic's fault but rather players forcing it on other players to spend so that they maintain their clan ranking or become the "best".
I don't run with my clan anymore and have not touched my personal account in over a year. I stopped all spending on that account when I found out many of the top clans we played against were using resource hacks and cheats. At this point the game isn't worth it in terms of spending until that is all addressed and fixed.
Getting back to your point on meta or new equipment. I still don't think it's worth spending because let's say you had a maxed out hangar there will always be those players who are cheating. So... even if you could would it really be worth it?

Adrian can you please explain why you took the unstable conduit as it only applies lockdown to your weapons, which already apply lockdown... ??? Why?
Shifang applies a lock-down effect but it's based on accumulation. While I know the accumulation doesn't take too long since I'm running 6 of these weapons the Unstable Conduit still helps. For example being that these weapons only have a 100m range, if the enemy was at 90m and trying to escape, I can lock them down instantly without building any accumulation up. On top of that, Unstable Conduit boosts my damage by +10% and it repairs health. Using Advanced Repair would give me heals but I'd lose out on the extra damage and instant lock-down. Hope this makes sense.
Second! Anyways in my opinion that dagon setup seems to be great for crowd control. Like its pretty good considering how many weapons Dagon has, Although after ur shields down U better take cover cuz you dont wanna exit ur weapons range anyways.

Funny thing is, this used to be my fav weapon in Mech Arena. And WR is going in the same order of weapon creation as them - curved bullets, then this. ‘Course, Mech Arena stole the whole concept, so why not, right?

I don't think that's really the problem because Dagon itself is very low to the ground. I've killed many players in stealth even if I had something like Blight or Magnetars since my weapons are so low to the ground.

As mentioned in my video I used my pilot along with Daredevil but found I wasn't surviving very long in the games I played which is why I altered the build. Having a stronger shield really helps you get close to your opponents because remember you only have a 100m range to work with.

Not really. There are some setups I've tried that are "so so" and others it's not even worth running for example Toxins.

@@mmax_19I played a game against someone that must have been running the corrosion pilot with speed skills and as much damage as they could. Their dagon with sting was destroying us (all master1+)

I don't think it would work well on the Behemoth because the Behemoth moves slowly unless you dropped in on a beacon to defend. The Crisis might work better but it's also extremely fragile but at least it moves faster than Behemoth.
Harpy could deal with this build
Not the Harpys, Sirens, Hawks, Seraphs I ran into. This has so much damage output it melts through Harpys while they're in flight.
Those weapons look just like the slime weapons that does corrosion like Bane .
3 months later a huge nerf for those weapons and a waste of money. Well I'm not playing anymore I uninstalled the game.
I would like to see these weapons out of the game, this is ruining the game for everyone who wants to have fun, it won't be long before pixonic goes bankrupt
