Sir Here if we controlled the AHU Return through 3 way valve that's ok. Whatever to be controlled some of water to flow AHU always because we can't block the AHU inlet. So here AHU water can't able to full blocked. Can able to block the amount of water less than 3 way valve 3rd way.

Ahu in inside on coil off coil .. have when temp reach that valve is close that why installed return line ..water regulating in coil ..again when temp need that time valve is open
bro in 2 way system the bypass line connected to supply and after actuator. because we need to control ahu temperature otherwise as explained by you water is flowing through ahu coil we cannot maintain coil temperature and no need the actuatuor

Hi bro. AHU la vfd control blower motor iruku. Set point 24c reach ayita chilled water flow stop ayidum. Then temperature automatic ah increase aagum. Apo vfd yoda function enna bro? Motor speed kammi pannuna enna agum? Temperature increase aaguma illa decrease aaguma? Plz clear me
Bro one doubt Chiller and AHU remains working same after achieving room temp, we controlled only inside temp of room. How can we save the consumption power ? Or not ?
In AHU we use vfd to control the speed of the AHU once the temperature achieved. Then vfd slower the AHU speed from 50 to 30 HZ so automatically the power will be consumed On the other side in Chiller we set the set point for leaving water.. once the set point achieved automatically the chiller cut off running in minimal speed but water flow is constantly maintained by primary pump
