MS4 here, we don't have "work rounds" where I can go over things with the resident before I present to the attending. Basically I preround by myself (read the charts of pt's assigned to me, at 6 am), then FLY by myself and see the patients because we have to meet the attending at 7:30 am. In the attending's office I have to present my patients... but there's always info I never heard or am missing somehow, so the resident has to step in and "fix" my presentation, and I feel like an idiot lol. That's the daily flow
