I have a Fire Stick but can't sign in to TH-cam because they have put a box onscreen to accept cookies where you have to scroll down below the screen but you can't do that on the tv. Pathetic programming, now I am locked out of TH-cam!

The problem I am having is getting TH-cam Premium on my TV. It's on both my phone and my computer, but not on my TV. I have attempted to connect it several times using my phone via the little icon. It even says I'm connected, but its not TH-cam Premium, its regular TH-cam. I have TH-cam on my LG TV by using a Roku stick.

I I deleted the TH-cam app on tv and installed again but now the TH-cam app on the is the same as my phone and cannot link to TV with a code to watch video 😢

Very grateful for your help. We unplugged the TV, waited over a minute, plugged TV on and then TH-cam began working again.
I can't believe I forgot about unplugging my TV, but I tried resetting it with my remote and it worked. Thanks for making me think about options.

Thats how I have fixed losing volume on TV and youtube not loading or connection. Turn the TV off then unplug for about a minute.

Yeah my TH-cam is playing everything else in 4K EXCEPT movies which only play in 360p. Try to solve that then.

Hard reset didn't work so i updated it that worked. Your next step was to reset my router and you didn't say to reset it
